I have been using this product for a year now and I love the results. My hair has stubborn gray hair that is hard to color. I take it to my local salon and have them apply it to my hair. Each time I get great results. I will continue this product until I decide to go full gray. Thanks for the product.

This was an awesome hair colour, it covered all my white coloured hair.
Even after washing I used have problems but not with this one it's brilliant!!!

My hair hasn't felt like this in years! Nor has it looked this great! Shiny, and my comb glides right through.. And the amount of breakage has reduced greatly..

I LOVE this hair color product! I get better overall color than I did at a high price salon. As an added bonus my hair is healthier too!! Never again will I use anything else in my hair.
I've got quiet a bit of grey on my hair line and it's completely covered every time.

I'm SO grateful I saw an ad for eSalon and clicked the link! The entire process was so easy - from filling out my hair survey to choosing my colour, receiving it in the mail (earlier than expected!) and applying it to my hair. The instructions are SO easy to follow and the dye works really well - I'm so happy with my colour, it's absolutely perfect for me and so much better than I've ever been able to buy in shops.

I just wanted to thank eSalon for such a great product and at a price that is so affordable! I spoke with a stylist to make sure I purchased the color best for me. She was not only knowledgeable, she really listened to what I wanted. She hit a bulls-eye on the color choice! I couldn't be more pleased.

I really liked the color it was exactly what I wanted. I have received lots of compliments about it.
I love that it comes to my house. Many times I just don't have the time to go to the stylist to get my hair done, neither to the groceries to get a hair coloring package. So it is awesome that it is delivered to me!
Price is great comparing to a Salon. But a little more expensive than the supermarket ones, even though the quality is great and it is worth it. Instructions are very easy to follow. I love the professional tips that really makes the difference on the color. It provides two sets of gloves which is great. Also comes with a cream to protect your skin against unwanted stains, and a stain remover.
The only thing that I would love to have in the package and it does not come with is a deep conditioner that lasts at least a week, the ones from the market always have one! It does provide a one time sample of shampoo and conditioner, but it's just for one use!
Overall I love the product and the experience. I would definitely continue buying from eSalon.

We got it perfect from third try, but they help you all the way to adjust to your perfection...and I want to mention that it was only time adjustment, my color they got it RIGHT perfectly right away !!!

The custom hair color is a perfect color for me and what I wanted to accomplish. It is easy to apply and covers the little bit of grey that I do have around my front hairline. I'm very pleased with this product and the results. My hair is soft and not dry.

I absolutely love this color. It lasts longer than any of the grocery store dyes. And the color is vibrant & gorgeous. It's been about 5 weeks and my grays are still covered. Excellent!!

I tried this product b/c I wanted to add some color back into my hair, but I didn't want to spend the money to go to a salon. I was worried that I would end up with horrible hair color, but it did exactly what I wanted. I was able to cover a few gray hairs, and add some color back into my hair that I have lost over the years.

I was skeptical at first but when I got it the instructions were clear and precise. The color truly covered all my white hair. I am so pleased with the way it turned out. It has lasted longer than I expected. If you are trying to decide whether to take the chance or not, go for it. I think you will be glad you did.

The perfect shade, not harsh on my hair and easy to apply. When I had questions about the shade, the agent was very helpful. If you have any question about the color recommended to you, don't hesitate to call; it's what I did, and I'm glad. I like the result better than what my hairdresser was doing!!

I have had my hair dyed many times in professional salons, from just covering grays, to overall hair color change, and high lights and low lights. I always notice a difference between my roots (my hair literally grows overnight) and my new color. I used esalon custom color for the first time and I'm in love. My hair is one smooth flawless shade from roots to tip. The texture is soft and it has a natural shine.

I was so skeptical at first but thought it was too good of a deal to pass up. So I tried it and I was so happy I did! I got so many compliments on my color I was just laughing at how easy it was. I uploaded a picture of my current hair color with my profile and the stylist emailed me quickly to let me know I did not choose the right color. So I trusted her and let her make the changes and she clearly new my hair better than me! I am hooked!!!

The color is perfect. No one noticed that I had colored my hair, which was the point. It covered my small amount of gray hair, and the process was really easy.

After explaining to my custom colorist how my hair reacts to most hair color products, she tweaked the color to compensate for my "beaded" hair birth defect. The color complements my facial tones and looks warm and natural.

This product really worked well. My color looks natural, because it is multi-dimensional. It covered the grays perfectly. (something I've not had until now!)
Now I want to see how it holds up until the next coloring. The shampoo & conditioner not only smelled awesome but my hair is so soft and shiney too.

I've been paying a lot of money for color at salons for many years, but now that I'm retired I was intrigued by this service and product for such a reasonable price! After I submitted my questionnaire and a picture online, I was shocked about 30 minutes later to receive a phone call from "my colorist" Shannon S.! She asked all the right questions, recommended a lighter shade than I had ordered, and I agreed since she knows the product so well. The box came in the mail and I was impressed with what was included (except someone else reported they received clips which I could have used). I had to build up my courage for more than a week, but yesterday I took the plunge, found it wasn't so hard after all, and the results are, well, stunning! The color is perfect, the coverage is great, and it took no longer than an appointment at the salon - with no travel to and from! I'm anxious to see how long it will cover my gray, but I'm pretty optimistic because of other reviews I've read. So far, the hardest part was cancelling the color portion of my next salon appointment, and explaining to my stylist why I only need a cut!

This is the best dye I have used, it was easy to use and even after 1 month it has barely faded. It took me a little longer than my usual home box dye but the result is worth the extra time, it gave me vibrant but natural looking hair and no more greys.

Perfect color.....perfect mixture......easy to apply.....keeps my hair shiny for about 12 weeks, which is longer then any store bought haircolor I have ever tried.....I love that I can request color changes and it is blended perfectly every time!

I have natural dark blonde hair & was always having highlights done to lighten hair every root growth,costing a fortune,tried esalon after reading reviews although couldnt find many reviews on blonde hair so decided to give it a try..very impressed..i will say first colour left roots a bit too warm golden blonde but telephoned esalon spoke to paul who then tweaked my colour for me and im really happy with the results,only have to go for a cut & blow dry now,colour comes straight to my door every 6 weeks now,such a great service.no sitting in hairdressers for 2-3 hours & no massive bill to pay either.hair feels in great condition,as i said the first time i did it i wasnt too happy but second order nailed it for me.i will be using esalon from now on,my hair is a lovely light very natural looking blonde,even my husband commented on how nice my hair colour was lol he thought i had been to hairdressers so thats saying something.I would certainly recommend esalon if first colour isnt jst right dont panic jst give them a call they tweak the colour to get it jst right for you....its easy to do myself & i love my colour no more massive roots till i save the pennys for salon highlights.10/10 esalon.

I've coloured my hair at home for years using well known brands with some success but even my hair dresser who only cuts my hair complimented me on the colour. I have persistent grey around my temples which is always hard to colour but with e salon it has been v easy. It's a little more expensive than shop bought colour but so much better.

I absolutely LOVE and LUV this color! The colorist did an amazing job with our communications of providing the exact color I was trying to achieve. It even covered my gray hair. I am sold and will be getting my color from here moving forward. I just referred my cousin and mom, they will be trying you out next.
