After trying both E-Salon and other custom color options, as well as salon color, and at-home box color from stores, this is the winner for sure. A lot of red options in dyes are just that dark, fake-looking burgundy red. I'm naturally a light brown, but always felt that light ginger's looked best on me. I've also had the issue of other colors not sticking to my roots, which, have zero grays. My roots come in light brown-dark blonde.
Anyway, this color was the perfect light, natural ginger color that I've been aiming for. I used the permanent custom color on my roots, and the copper rinse on the ends, and it's perfect and natural looking.

My hair grew back mostly gray after chemo. The esalon color covered all the gray and left my hair so soft with no chemical smell. I got so may compliments. Absolutely the best self hair color kit available.

I ordered the color late one night and the order was placed, shipped, and to my door within 3-5 days! It came in the most BEAUTIFUL custom packaging. The packaging alone made me feel special. The coloring process was simple with the custom instructions and everything I needed in one package. The color came out so consistent and radiant! It combined the colors I was looking to combine perfectly. I have been dyeing my hair for two and a half years now, and I have never have had such results with an at-home dye. Absolutely incredible!

I love ESalon color. It's a perfect match and it saves so much money. I used to go to the salon, spend a lot, every 6 weeks to get my roots touched up. Now I go every 12 weeks, and on week 6 I use ESalon color. I'm a customer for life!

J'ai déjà fais une coloration complète et une fois la retouche racine. Produit de qualité très proche de ma couleur naturel, couleur qui ne degorge pas au lavage avec u e longue tenu. Les soins sont parfait aussi des cheveux en pleine santé, doux et brillant.

Have only used 'grocery store' boxed brands in the past. I admit, I was a bit nervous to try my package out, and waited for 10 days before I finally read the instructions and jumped in. I love the fact I can have my black hair with purple highlights.
I have people stopping me and saying they love my color and hair. I have hair down to the top of my butt. Plus I have more hair and grows it faster then average person.

Ich habe diese Farbe zum 1. mal benutzt und bin damit vorerst zufrieden. Sie hinterlässt in den helleren Längen keinen silbernen Stich, wenn man sie ausspült. Der Geruch des Entwicklers ist sehr kräftig, anders als bei Gly…Farben. Wenn die Farbe nicht ausbleicht, bin ich zufrieden. Die Anwendung ist ganz simpel, ich brauche keine 2 Farben mehr abwiegen und mischen, also durchaus eine Erleichterung, Alles ist sehr nett verpackt und toll erklärt.
Ich bleibe erst mal dabei.

I couldnt be happier. I have struggled with hard to color greys and finding someone to match the Auburn brown color I was born with but esalon got it right on the first try. I will never go back to settling with store bought color again. Even when I paid $150 at a salon in town it was orange and brassy on top and too dark on ends. Esalon solved all my issues! I cant thankyou enough esalon.

This was my second hair color order with eSalon. I needed to adjust the color after my first hair color order because I did not like the lightness/golden tone of it. The customer service team was helpful and made an adjustment in my color and I am very happy with my new shade! So glad I found this company. I'm saving hundreds of dollars and getting the results I would expect from a hair salon.

I'm in love with the color match. My grey, white, and silver patches disappear and blend in making my flat and dowdy hair look enhanced and fresh. The color looks so natural that no one even thinks it's color dyed. Since it's a perfect match to my natural hair I have virtually no demarcation or roots showing. Highly recommend eSalon.

I was amazed at all I got with my first order. I was a little daunted about doing it myself but finally bit the bullet and did it last week so I am way off my 5 week reorder schedule. I absolutely LOVE my custom color which is brown with golden highlights.

I am so happy with the new color formula, a true strawberry blonde! My previous hair formula was a more coppery red which worked well for me in the past. Since I spent a number of weeks at the beach this year, my hair bleached to a more strawberry blonds, which I decided to keep. I could not have been happier to see the results of the new formula, it is very natural and covers the gray very well!

I am impressed. My hair is about 7 shades naturally. My special formula did not cover gray but blended it nicely with my other hair. I do not look like I “dye” my hair. The product did not smell, it was gentle and the shampoo & conditioner are fabulous. I have a box of highlights waiting. Now if I could only cut hair.

I really wasn't sure what I was going for. I Received my kit which was roots only as I wanted to preserve my highlights. I applied on my roots, but also dragged down some pieces to the end in hopes of blending the new color. It's was perfect! Esalon got the color just right. I am shook!

Just by telling ESalon about the colour I required they have succeeded in providing me with the exact colour I wanted. ESalon are very clever in how they customise your hair dye to do exactly what you want by sending them a picture of your hair and/or telling them what you want they are able to customise a hair dye just for you - just brilliant. My new colour is light brown and I am very pleased with the results. Beautiful.

After moving to a new state and finding out how expensive salon prices are compared to what I am used to, I’ve decided to start coloring my hair on my own. So after a bunch of great reviews, and the nifty questionnaire profile to determine your hair color, I chose to go with the esalon. Boy am I happy I did!! Although my hair is a little darker than I’m used to, My hair is definitely healthy & shiny! I do not have the hair loss I did when going to a salon (bleach) and it’s actually growing back “Finally”. I’ve also received so many compliments on my hair from friends since doing my hair my own. I’m so happy I made my decision to color through esalon! Thank you esalon! and thank you color consultants! I have to say I was very skeptical about this product, but so far has been an awesome experience!! Everything from the choices, the directions, the PRODUCT, and the best is the customer support!! They get you in touch with colorists who know what they are doing! I went from very light blonde to a golden mahogany and it came out great, oh and I must mention that my hair goes down past my bra line! Ich bin unglaublich zufrieden. Der Service ist toll, die Farbe ist genau, wie ich sie wollte und mein Haar strahlt nach der Anwendung und ist super weich. Auswaschen tut sich die Farbe auch nicht, so wie ich es von machen Billig-Drogerie-Produkten kenne.

I usually have my hair dyed professionally but couldn’t afford it this month. I am so impressed with this dye. Great coverage of my grey hairs and overall it looks as good as a salon dye. Will continue to use!

Excellent results with the latest small tweak to the colour, many thanks. I think we've found The One for my paler hair. For now, anyway...
That's not to say my earlier results weren't good, they were; I've been very happy with eSalon from the start -- but my hair is changing as I age!

I gave my colorist the exact formula my hair stylist had been using on me (a specific dark red/burgundy) and they nailed it! The color came out looking exactly like it did after a salon visit! The packaging is absolutely gorgeous and I love that everything is personalized with your name on it. Very clear instructions and easy to use.

Moved to U.K. a year ago from America. Had hit and miss purchasing color from different stores ..I have colored my hair at home for several years so thought still would do this here as well.... They just didn't seem to do well..not quite right.. and then I saw this on my FB feed eSalon... I never have trusted adverts very much that scroll by...but this time I thought something seems better about this advert...I am SO GLAD I decided to purchase!!! This is the place to get your color for Sure!!! They absolutely are thorough.. attention to detail..and The color is beautiful ❣️. I am done! I finally found the hair color that is me. I never quite got what I was looking for from all the drug store choices. And soft and shiny is above and beyond my expectations. I just started coloring my hair about a year ago. And every time no matter brand or price my hair was dry and stringy. My ends always looked awful. Thank you eSalon and Danielle, you nailed it. I love how soft my hair is now. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

This is the best color processing set I have ever used. Brands I have purchased in stores frizzes out my hair and the color never lasts. eSalon color leaves my hair shiny and the color lasts. Happy hair, happy me.

Received my hair colour a couple of days ago dyed my hair this morning i absolutely love it i have a lot hair & it covered it all the colour came out darker than i expected but i love it it has red tones so adds warmth the conditioner has left my hair is silky & soft.

I have used several different online hair color subscriptions (M.R and CC&C) and this one has been the best! In the past, I chose a color and totally missed the mark. With Esalon, I sent a photo and they chose the color.
The color looks incredibly natural! I have had lots of compliments. Warning- it starts out looking way darker when it wet but once my hair dries it's perfect.
My only issue is the smell is pretty strong but I now open the windows and put the bathroom fan on while I work - it's worth it for the look :)
