Must say I was surprised that the semi permanent covered my hair as I have all over totat grey hair. I will probably go a shade or two darker on next order. Worked great!

Nach nur einer geringfügigen Korrektur meines Farbwunsches bin ich wirklich sehr zufrieden.

Easy to do with great instructions. Color is beautiful, natural. Gray coverage is perfect. This is the best my hair has looked in ages. I don’t exactly enjoy doing it myself. Guess I have a diva complex. But this is sure a wonderful product with superior results. Sorry to say I’m more satisfied than most salon experiences. My neice just had to say something. “I just love this new color you are using. So much more natural!”

I recently adjusted my haircolor to golden mahogany, a color that esalon advertised for spring. I also use the golden mahogany tint rinse. Love love love it. So many compliments. Thinking about the Aurora products to intensify keep the color vibrant.

The process of coloring my hair has never been so easy and I love the color although I may go a shade darker in the future but for now, I love it. Feels soft and silky. Easy application. Would recommend it.

It actually does look like I’ve been to a salon! Got rid of the greys which other at home hairdyes haven’t done. I got it cut the day after I coloured it and the hair dressers were commenting on how shiny it is and what a gorgeous colour it is. Really pleased.

I was so happy to have received the cape. I was having to get my color all over my white robe. Also I like that I don't have to mix the color with the base. My hair dresser liked it when I went to get my hair cut. Also the price isn't much more than what I was using. Thank you eSalon.

My stylist nailed the match between my dark roots and the rest of my colored hair. It is THE PERFECT SHADE OF RED!!! I absolutely love it. The kit was so easy to use - my hair is longer so I used the bottle and the brush combined. My hair is soft, the color is vibrant, need I say more?

It was a little too red for my liking, but it was still a great shampoo and it covered my grey. I liked how it was easy for me to change the color preference in my account. I've already changed it for my next hair color order.

I have been using for several months and have never had such excellent results, even from a salon. I love the wash through with the rest of my custom blended color they are right critical step. Also I love that they provide shampoo and conditioner as the final step. When my hair is dry it doesn’t look dyed. Two pairs of gloves a sticker to put your instructions on a mirror simply brilliant.

I ran into this product while listening to a podcast of my favorite crime show! I heard the ad so many times I caved in! When I finally received my first kit, I waited a while to use it. Scared, I guess. Well, I finally did (2 months later) and WOW! I’m mad at myself for taking so long to use it! It covered all my grays! I was worried that it wouldn’t because I have ethnic curly hair and most of the videos posted did not show ethnic hair—And I’m CLUELESS when it comes to this stuff! I’m looking forward to my next color kit in a few months. I was easily able to add a change to my next kit.... I wanted it lighter. I also added the timer/clips/brush kit-(hope those clips will last with my thick curly hair!) I was close to adding the bayalage kit BUT the girl in the vid had pin straight hair- definitely not the same scenario as a person with ethnic hair would have. You think you can have a vid with someone using the bayalage product with ethnic curly hair and have them show the end result? I appreciate the feedbacks you guys have and solutions to remedy the unsatisfied costumers. I’ll let you guys know how it all goes for round 2!

I'm a cosmetologist. I've used many brands of hair color, on myself and clients, you won't find one better than this brand. My grey was covered, my hair was soft after JUST rinsing the color out and MOST important after weeks the color hasn't faded at all. I will be reordering and will recommend this brand to anyone.

I love my new color. It's soft, always never fading Blessed and feel it because of this new system of coloring my hair. The products come on time and the products are great like the silk and the mask treatment which I love them both! The shampoo and conditioner are good too. Thank you.

This is my second color with e-salon and they got it perfect again. I am 60ish and my color was originally strawberry blonde. Now I have some gray but it is also just sort of a flat color. The last color I got was blondish red and they nailed it. But when it grows out I really notice and lets face it, I'm too lazy to color my hair when I should. This time I went with a light brown with a little red and its perfect! I think I will definitely be doing the roots when they start to grow. The e-salon color is lovely and my hair has a great texture (its normally dry). The set they send has shampoo and conditioner for after the coloring. My hair looks and feels great. Thanks again E-salon!!

I was tired of my hair salon. I adore my colorist but sitting there 3 hours every 4-5 weeks became a burden, not a pleasure. I wanted more freedom, I wanted color at home but of the quality I got from professional colorist. This set is my freedom. It is already the second time I did it myself and am a big fan. My hair is nice, soft, shiny and the color stays between the treatments (I do a 4 weeks schedule as grey is undeniable...). I am very happy with my choice and would highly recommend a try of freedom at home.

I was quite surprised to see big box landed on my door. I was expecting a bottle as a tester but received full kid for roots and length of my hair. Package was very neat and customized with my name. Used color today and it came out very well. It didn't need lot of time to formulate color and whole process took about 25 min from grey to color. I will be ordering my hair color in future from Esalon.
Keep up the quality.

I'm new to coloring my roots and eSAlon has made the process easy, affordable and adaptable. I wasn't sure initially what my true color match was but have been able to make small adjustments to my custom blend color with the help of the eSalon's colorists. It's been amazing to have expert support along the way, so thank you! The instructions in the kit are clear and the results that I've gotten have been fantastic. My hair looks and feels great. I highly recommend this product and am thankful that it's out there.

WOW! Such a lovely color. I was a little apprehensive, as I am not trying to make a statement with my hair color, I just needed a change. I really loved the demi-permanent color. It was easy to use, and so affordable. I might reduce some of the copper, because of my skin tone, but it is beautiful and I had so many compliments. Thank you!!

I finally used my Custom Color Set this week, and aside from my not so great technique, the color is absolutely amazing! The color looks as if my hair was professionally done and beautiful with phenomenal shine!!! I didn't experience any burning sensation on my scalp as I do at the salon or self coloring at home. I do recommend keeping solutions away from you when opening as the scent permeates after opening, but it does go away. My Custom Color Set is my new coloring option.

The package came with very concise, yet detailed instruction with all the necessary components to make the coloring process so simple and easy. And once my hair dried I couldn't have been more happy with the color. I've make a couple of adjustments to my original color with everyone at esalon so wonderful to work with to come up with a color I never thought I could achieve. Thank you so much esalon!

I've been using your light blonde color for almost 2 years now and I couldn't be any happier. I've tweaked it some over time but nothing drastic. A little lighter for summer and darker for winter and every time my color is beautiful. My best friend is a hair dresser and has cut my hair for 30+ years. She, nor any other colorist, could achieve the color that I get with esalon. I'm so happy I found you!

My color fits my personality perfectly and doesn’t look like unnatural on me. The color pleases me more each day. I was skeptical to try, but I did it and I'm so happy! This hair color leaves my hair soft and manageable plus there is no harsh chemical smell and is easy on the scalp!

Not only does my hair look great but the color matches a hair topper I bought for my allopicia. My own hair needed to match it because unlike a wig, my own hair shows with a topper. And I told her the color and sure enough it matches great. My own hair has a great shine too. After a few weeks the color has not faded, though my roots are starting to show. Can't wait for the color to come in the mail so I can touch it up. I really don't think I could have matched the color so well on my own. And in the past, home hair color would really ruin my hair. But I love how my hair feels. I'm really am happy I tried esalon. I figured if Brad Mondo liked it it was worth a try.

I was a bit hesitant to try it but i am sold. The color is perfect, easy to apply and the results are definitely salon worthy.

I do like this color set. I have been using it ever since the pandemic started and will probably continue to purchase it. It is way better than any boxed color you get at the store, super easy to use, doesn’t damage my hair and the shampoo and conditioner are amazing! The only reason it doesn’t get 5 stars is the gray coverage it doesn’t provide. It covers completely for about two weeks then it’s like the color just slips right off and I have the permanent color.

This is the first time I’ve tried this hair color. I must say I was skeptical. When I put it on it was really dark and I was scared! But, when I washed it off it was beautiful. I am extremely impressed with this hair color. I’m happy to say I won’t be using anything else!

When I applied the colour I thought it was going to turn out a lot darker than it did but I am glad it turned out as it did. I think it looks good and is very, very close to the colour I envisioned. The product did not have a strong odour and my scalp was not burning or itchy when I applied it. I like this a lot more than I do the home stuff I usually use. 4/5 because I would have liked the medium blonde to be slightly more gold than it turned out but really good overall.

La coloration est réussie, chaude vivante ! Je n'ai plus jamais fait une coloration chez le coiffeur, ni à la maison, d'ailleurs souvent insatisfaite. Merci aux conseillers Esalon !! Le service clientèle est très présent, à l'écoute de nos choix, on peut modifier notre couleur suivant nos souhaits et les dates de livraison que ce soit en avance ou pour reporter la commande. Pour le prix je recommande fortement !!!!! Je suis encore conquise

eSalon has been a God-send during the Covid-19 pandemic when hair salons were closed. The process of dying my hair has been easy and quick. I love how detailed the instructions are and the presentation of the box was very organized.

This is a fabulous service, it got me through lockdown with not being able to get to hairdresser. Such a big saving on what I normally pay, I will be continuing to use esalon. Great results and easy to apply. Very happy

Noelle, You picked up my hair and it is so soft, and the color is great.
I used to go to my stylist and get my haircut and colored sometimes, but the sun always bleached it out.
So we will see ,but i expect this color to keep it from bleaching out and turning white.
This conditioner is so good and the color just pops.

My very first order was the complete wrong color for my hair, but my stylist worked with me to get it right. I'm on my second time through with this new color, and it's great. Perfect gray coverage, and though it's super dark immediately after dyeing, it evens out after the first or second wash. Even my hair stylist told me it was great coverage for an at-home hair dye.
