Je suis ravie de ma première coloration ! L'envoi est très soigné, il y a vraiment tout ce qu'il faut dans le colis.
La texture de la coloration est vraiment agréable, huileuse, douce, elle s'applique avec une facilité déconcertante dans les cheveux, et en terme de quantité, contrairement aux colorations de supermarché, il y en avait largement assez pour tous les cheveux qui sont pourtant très longs et épais.
Le résultat est magnifique, j'ai les cheveux doux, brillants, la couleur est superbe, peut être un poil foncée mais je sais qu'elle va s'estomper, et je vais demander à l'éclaircir lors de la prochaine commande.
Vraiment une excellente surprise !

I was always coloring my hair at the hairdresser. So I was hesitant but tried to do it at home (lockdown times). And it worked. Grays are covered, the color itself is perfect and my hair is shiny. Great result.

Was skeptical if my hair would keep the colour after spending what felt like ages in the shower waiting for the water to run clear... thought it washed it all out! But no, it is amazing and looks really vibrant and honestly just as good as if I walked out the salon and had it professionally done. Definitely worth sending a picture of your own hair before you purchase to help esalon select the right mix for the colour you select. I went from brown to copper and it's lovely 😍

I was really nervous about ordering hair color over the internet but I got my color yesterday, my boyfriend colored my hair last night and he said this was the best color he has seen me in. I love it. Looks like a professional did it and seems to be a solid color, no streaking.

I've been coloring my hair for close to 20 years. I've done the box color and salon color. Of course I would prefer the salon color but funds don't always allow that. My sister found esalon online and passed the information over to me. I watched some videos on the product and thought "why not?" And ordered my first custom color. It turned out way better than I could have hoped for! The instructions were very easy to follow. The only "issue" I had was coloring the hair on the back of my head. I had to go by feel, rather than sight. Even with doing that blind, it really turned out perfect. If you are even slightly considering ordering a custom color - do it! You won't be disappointed!

J'ai enfin pu me débarrasser des reflets cuivrés que je n'arrivais pas à faire partir! Merci eSalon!
Facile d'utilisation, il suffit juste de savoir lire pour bien suivre la marche à suivre.
Livraison en 4 jours en Suisse donc hors UE! Bravo, c'est un exploit et sans frais de douane!!
suivi de vos demandes et requêtes rapide (dans la journée) et possibilité de demander un ajustement de la couleur pour la livraison suivante.
Franchement, je lis des personnes qui disent ne pas avoir pu rincer correctement le produit. Mais je suis désolée, si vous suivez bien les explications des étapes (je sais que certaines personnes n'aiment pas lire les modes d'emploi...) qui précisent de faire mousser la coloration avec le reste du produit dilué dans un peu d'eau avant de vouloir rincer directement les cheveux vous n'aurez aucun soucis.
Et moi qui ai les cheveux sensibilisés je trouve le produit particulièrement doux pour un résultat couleur digne d'un salon.
Je recommande sans retenue eSalon. ❤😊

Used my first colour today and after not colouring my hair for 10 years I was excited and nervous. I enlisted my mother in law to assist and the outcome was perfect. Like my natural colour but all nasty greys gone! Colour tones beutiful and goes well with my skin tone. Couldn’t be happier. Hair feels soft and looks shiny. I was concerned when I first received my color that I wouldn't have enough to do my whole head of hair. I had plenty with extra to make sure I hit all the spots I was concerned about. The coverage is great and the color is beautiful.

Using Custom Colour Set at home is very easy.
Everything is delivered in the box with instruction, very convincing.
I normally dye my hair at the salon cos can't find right colour in the shop.
My usual chose is blonde highlights cos don't like flat colour, so highlights with various of blonde tons is always the best. I was a bit worried to dye all my hair at once and make it at home, cos it was long time ago when I did it last time. But I am very happy with effect. Colour is vibrant and looks very natural. My hair are soft and shine. Just not sure in 100% is strawberry blonde is my colour. But it's because for so many years I've seen myself as a blonde. However it's new year so why not try something different?

Ich war sehr skeptisch, aber das Angebot war gut, und ich dachte mir, ich könnte ja mal ausprobieren, schlimmer als mit Farbe aus der Drogerie könnte ja nicht sein. Es hat etwas gedauert bis das Päckchen mich erreichte, aber das Warten hat sich gelohnt! Wow! Ich kann mich an der Farbe meiner Haare nicht satt sehen! Noch nie hatte ich so tolle Farbe, weder selbst gefärbt noch im Salon! Danke! Danke! Danke! Wahnsinnsergebnis!

First time I used eSalon and I will definitely return. I was super impressed with the attention to detail, name, brush, etc. I had highlights from a previous colour and now I have a mix of strawberry blond to red. I am not sure which colour I like best out of the two. I think I will try even more of an intense red next time. For now, I love it, it is much better than the colours you get out of a box from the chemist.

These folks are really great...and aim to please for the best product. I have used many OTC colors with dismal results. My hair always looks and feels great. If you use eSalon, you'll never go back!

Loved this hair color kit it was easy to use. And my hair was so soft after washing and conditioned it. Even after washing again for a second time. Only thing the color was darker then I wanted. But they have come up with a solution for me, can't wait to try it.

Ich war schon sehr zögerlich bei der Anwendung und hatte vor dem Ergebnis etwas Panik. Aber ich muss sagen, die Farbe ist klasse und passt vor allem auch super zu meinem Typ. Es ist zwar erst der 1. Tag nach meinem großen Experiment, jedoch erhalte ich sehr viel positives Feedback und mir selbst gefällt meine neue Haarfarbe.
Da dies der erste Kontakt mit esalon ist.... ihr habt auf jeden Fall eine neue Kundin gewonnen!!!!

Before having my kids, I used to colour my hair black. I looked at pictures & realized how washed out and “witchy” I looked. I have been trying to get the black out ever since. With other dyes, my light roots always came in quick & strong- looking almost Grey, the ends dry & black, leaving whatever washed out shade in the middle. Since joining esalon, my hair looks amazing! With the help of the tint rinse, the tool kit, and the wonderful help of the team, I was able to transition into a beautiful chocolate-y, brown, which, in certain lights almost has a purple pearl hue. My hair feels SO soft & healthy, and I love that my colourist is always checking to recommend new products, or see whether I’m looking to change my shade. I love this company!
