I hate home dyes but with lockdown upon us, I hate grey hairs more! So I tools the plunge, answered the online consultation questions, added some photos and a brief description of what I was after and I am astonished by the results! Even better than my salon colour absolutely spot on first time! 10/10. Looked a bit dark when I popped it on but the results are amazing I am very, very impressed!

I have been using this copper red color for about 6 years now and continually get compliments on it. People have remarked that they can't believe it isn't my natural color. I recently let my stylist talk me into letting her mix hair color for me and there was no comparison - I went right back to this custom color set and will never stray again. I highly recommend esalon - they will mix the perfect color for you!

I have natural red hair and it's faded as I've gotten older. This is the only hair colour I've ever used that produces a natural red/auburn colour without being too red. It's so close to my original colour I couldn't be happier. Even salons can't get it this right! Over the moon!

The box arrived and was well packed with everything I needed. I followed the instructions and realised that I had not been doing the last step at home and now know to do that in the future. When I did this I realised that is what the salon do before shampoo and conditioner at the sink. I also liked the shampoo and conditioner that came in the pack. I will most liking buy some when my current stock of shampoo is needing replaced. The photo I have loaded is after I used the esalon hair colour.

I loved the color!!! My natural hair color is dark brown with some gray hair I bought a medium ash and it was perfect for my hair. It did cover all the gray hairs and gave me a very natural ash color with no brassy, my hair looks so shining and smooth. I’ll definitely continue to order.

I bought this as I only have a few grey hairs and have in the past used semi perm box dye which as time went on started to look unnatural This is perfect my hair looks natural no grey even but not solid colour has gorgeous shimmery tones I’m over the

Second time using this. My colorist tweaked the formula for me to take some red out of my light brown formula and it’s perfect. I’m using the permanent dye which I feel covers my few gray hairs well and the all over color lasts a long time. Very easy, very convenient and I don’t see me ever going to a salon again to color my hair.

I always go to the hairdresser. Needed my roots done took a chance on esalon. Wow was I surprised. I wouldn't be great wth doing my own colour. This is amazing packaging is lovely they have thaught of everything. And it's so easy to apply even for me. No mess at all.

This was so easy to use and I couldn't believe the results! After watching the tutorial online and reading the instructions, I got to it. I felt so empowered by coloring my own hair for the first time in my life! Even my husband said how great it looked and even better than what I used to pay $$$ at my local salon. I am now a believer in eSalon and have told everyone I know to check it out. Very happy!

Ich habe heute zum ersten Mal meine eSalon Farbe ausprobiert. Ich bekam zwei Verschiedene Farben, einmal für den Ansatz und dann für die Längen - wie beschrieben. Absolut toll getroffen.
Zunächst konnte man beim Färben unterschiedliche Farben erkennen, da hatte ich mich zu unrecht etwas erschrocken, denn das Ergebnis ist einfach klasse. Graue Haare im Ansatz sind alle abgedeckt, obwohl die Farbe von mir heller gewählt wurde als die letzten Versuche mit herkömmlichen ( und teuren) Drogerieprodukten. Es ist kein Übergang zu erkennen und meine Haarfarbe wirkt natürlich und toll, übertrifft meine Erwartungen. Ein „good-hair-day“.
Der Versand dauerte lange, aber das wird wohl der derzeitigen Lage zuzuschreiben sein und es wird ja von Seiten des eSalon auch extra in rot angekündigt.
Die Verpackung ist echt kreativ und man freut sich einfach schon beim öffnen.
Ich freu mich schon auf morgen, da wird das Shampoo und der Conditioner getestet. ☺️

Loved my hair colour, it blended in great with my blonde highlights, medium blonde was the colour I used as my grey was coming through, and hairdressers all closed, think I will be staying with esalon, was a bit worried at first but it worked out perfect, thank you.

Quick delivery, great presentation box with my order, loved the personalisation. I have never coloured my hair myself so I had help from my husband who followed instructions and my hair looks fantastic. No greys, even colour throughout. I’ve probably gone a shade darker than normal but I love it. I will consult the experts before I order next time.
I have recommended my friend so hoping she will try it herself.

I am amazed!!! You can not even tell that I colored my hair except the gray is gone plus it has lasted for 4 weeks and still going with the beautiful coverage!!!

The customer service is absolutely first class, I even got a call to say they have looked at my details and amended my colour. After doing my roots the result was better than my hairdresser the colour matched perfectly, could not recommend this product and company enough. Will use again and again 🙂

Die Wahl der Farbe ist mit dem Fragebogen und dem Stylisten super gelungen. Sie ist fast identisch mit meiner Farbe vom Frisör. Der Ansatz inkl. grauer Haare wurde komplett abgedeckt. Die Anwendung ist super beschrieben, gut durchdachtes Konzept bis hin zu einem Aufkleber mit dem du dir die Anleitung an die Wand oder Spiegel kleben kannst.

I'm really happy with the latest products from eSalon. The color specialist reformulated the color to be much closer to what I'd wanted and it came out great! I've gotten compliments on my color - one from my former hairstylist!

This color is beautiful. Adds shine and covers grays. The color stays vibrant for many weeks. I am sorry for waiting so long to order this. i will never go to the salon for color again. This color actually lasts longer than the high priced color at the salon.

I’m so relieved this turned out as good as it was promised. Every time I color my hair at home, it turns out awful. I couldn’t afford to go to the salon and saw an ad for this and thought I’d try it. My color is beautiful. My regrowth and grays are nonexistent and it looks shiny and healthy. My color expert did great matching up my pictures of the last time I got it done professionally. I’m so glad I decided to give it a try. Thank you!

I tried my first custom colour set. At first I was worried that the color is too light but end result is actually great, it matched the colour I had before. Application was easy, I applied using the bottle and not in a bowl. There was a detailed instruction available

Ich habe seit Jahren meine Haare nicht mehr selber gefärbt. In Zeiten des Lockdowns wurde es aber nötig. Ich bin sehr froh, dass ich die Werbung für eSalon gesehen und mich zu einem Test durchgerungen habe. Die Farbe die ich bekommen habe passt perfekt zu mir. Die grauen Haare wurden super abgedeckt und das Farbergebnis im allgemeinen ist toll.

I usually go to the salon but with being in lock-down I didn't want to just go for the usual shop boxed colour.
I ordered my colour and a colorist contacted me to suggest tweaking my colour so I went with her recommendation. The box arrived in about a week and I was delighted to see how well stocked the box was. It had everything I could need. I tried it out and it was brilliant to use.
I have shoulder length hair and I had plenty, however I think I would recommend using a bowl rather then the bottle as there was a lot left in the bottle which I couldn't get out.
My colour is lovely and it has a perfect shine. I'll use it again.

I have struggled for years to find the right color for me. My first order with esalon was too red for me but the customer service was amazing and adjusted my color and sent out a new formula free of cost and the new formulation is PERFECT! It’s what I have been trying to achieve for years!

Mein von mir gewählter Farbton wurde korrigiert und ich bin sehr positiv überrascht. Der mir vorgeschlagene Farbton ist mega klasse und trifft den, den ich mir immer gewünscht hatte. Sehr zu empfehlen, ich bleib dabei!

Ich bin begeistert von meiner Farbe und dem Service von eSalon. Anfangs habe ich zusammen mit dem Team von eSalon an meiner perfekten Farbe gefeilt. Zweimal wurde der Farbton angepasst bis ich 100% zufrieden war. Die Coloristen sind super auf meine Anmerkungen eingegangen. Sogar von meinem Friseur habe ich schon ein Kompliment für meine Farbe bekommen! Auch der Service ist unschlagbar. Einmal ist meine Haarfarbe auf dem Versandweg verloren gegangen. Ich bekam nicht nur umgehend kostenlosen Ersatz zugeschickt, sondern auch einen 10 Euro Gutschein als Entschädigung und die Zusicherung, dass ich die erste Lieferung, falls sie doch noch ankommen sollte, gratis behalten könne.

The color was perfect. Exactly what I wanted. Have tried every drugstore color out there and could never get the results I wanted. Will be purchasing from E-Salon from now on. The color has held pretty true without much fading. I use a red and they usually fade in 3-4 weeks. At almost 5 weeks the color looks great. Wonderful product. Highly recommend.

This has been a life saver and I love receiving my kit for base color monthly! Cannot be more pleased with this product! Even my stylist said it looks great! Definitely been super helpful during this pandemic and I am thankful to have started this service before the crazy shut downs happened!
