Love the clips. They make the job of colouring my hair much easier. The length and curve on them is just right. The Spring is not too hard to squeeze. I will recommend them to anyone I know.

Nice clips! They hold hair better than the straight ones you can get at a drug store and even better than ones I bought at a salon supply store. The angled design makes it easier for me to position them and they are easier to hold with a textured grip.

I'll keep these clips forever. They hold my hair without pulling or getting stuck. I can out all my long hair up, or just clip my bangs back to put make-up on.

These clips really are great for hair coloring or just winding your hair up to get it out of your face. I use them quite often and like them better than other store-bought hair clips.

Good sized. I was worried about my baby fine hair falling out of the clips, but that did not happen. They are sturdy and could easily hold much thicker hair than mine, but did great in my hair too. I'm very pleased.

The grip is fantastic on these clips even if you have fine hair. Makes coloring the hair so much easier by sectioning the hair. I totally recommend them....

These hair clips are great in that they actually grab hold of the hair and keep it in place. With fine hair, most hair clips quickly slip out for me. Not these -- I love them!

I have long hair and these clips have helped so much when I go to quarter to color my roots. They also are great for styling hair a portion at one time

These clips are indispensable! I couldn't colour my hair without them. I have long hair and need a good, strong clip to manage it while I am applying colour. I like that I can use the clip to section my hair too. They rinse clean easily and won't rust. Perfect tool!

These clips are fabulous! They grab your hair and do not let go. The spring is strong and the clips are solid. I ordered an extra set to make sure that I always have them on hand.

Even though I only use four at a time, I love these little clips. They are gentle on the hair and great for sectioning the hair off. They do not snag the hair and holds the hair securely in place. I've ordered these twice because my daughter is always using them as well. They are made sturdy as well.

Normally when colouring my hair I clip it up and the hair slides out but not with these beauties they had some grip, keeping my hair very secure, allowing me to keep control of each section throughout the colouring process

I have two sets of clips so when the kids make them go missing I at least have some around! HAHA I use them some days just to pin up my hair while working around the house!

Love them! They can hold a lot of hair without sliding off. Only negative is I found that when I had hair color on my gloves the clips became really slippery and it got a little tricky to get them on and off but I’m sure that’ll get easier with practice! Definitely worth getting!

Replacing one that got munched. They last a few years at least and are great for sectioning your hair when coloring. Pretty sure the dog got a hold of the one that died.

I liked the design of these clips. But they all broke within a few uses. Now I have simpler, sturdier ones.
UPDATE: eSalon customer service sent me a new set of redesigned clips at no cost. These are much better! I like the way they curve to my scalp and grab my hair - and these are plenty sturdy. THANKS!

I went to buy other clips..shipper price..real bad material, broke at the first time, so I decide to buy this one from eSalon, and there is a big diference, a lot better quality, stronger and hold very good..

I ordered them because I thought they would not have any metal in the product. I had heard that you are not supposed to use any clips with metal when dying hair. The spring in this clip is made of metal. You can buy these anywhere for less money.

Who doesn’t need a quality set of clips? I hate it when I spend my time sectioning my hair then it falls out of the clip. Not with these! These clips are heavy duty and hold even the thickest hair in place (and my hair is thick!).

I use this clips every day to help me style and blow dry my hair, and of course to color it. I'm sad to say that they are now breaking at the hinges (after 3 yrs of continual use), so I will need to purchase more and look forward to the time when they are back in stock. Easy to hold with slippery hands and clip tight to hold your hair in place.

Interesting mechanism for holding different amounts of hair. A brief explanation of how they adjust would be good. It would also be better if you offered a black option! I could use black clips to just keep my hair up when quickly going out.

I have liked everything I have ordered with E-salon, but considering that these clips are only used every 8 weeks, I was surprised when a couple broke. Oh well, I ordered another set. I decided to coat the thumb and forefinger grabbing areas of the clips with glue and then cover it in fine sand so it would have better grip. I've been very happy with them after this modification.

I love these clips. They Never pull strands of my hair out like every other clip I have tried. I use one while in the shower to hold my hair up as it soaks in conditioner. My hair is thick and it holds up well with these. I also use them while styling my hair....
My other comment is concerning your new packaging.... Sorry to say I don't like it and it does not give your products a quality look. They look cheap and if I did not already know of your high quality, I would not buy them.... Go back to your prior packaging!
