The shampoo has a low foam formula, and does a nice job of cleaning my hair and not stripping out my color. It has a really nice scent – a fruity/floral combination.

I have fine hair and when it is colored I don't want a harsh shampoo. Heart Lock It is gentle when it cleanses my hair and does not leave it feeling stripped and dried out. I also like the fact that I can use it right after I color my hair and it does not affect the color.

I use this Shampoo every time I wash my hair along with the Love Unconditionally Conditioner. I keep the little packets that come with my hair color for when I travel to visit friends/family out of town. It's FANTASTIC and keeps my hair soft and healthy. My color stays bright and vibrant and doesn't fade like I've had trouble with other shampoos and conditioners.

I have tryed many shampoo and conditioners but this product is the best my hair feels fantastic has more volume don't need those other products 😆 and doesn't cost am arm or a leg and smells fantastic love it 💓

I love this shampoo, after receiving it with my first color I had to purchase the full size bottle. It smells amazing, cleans well, protects your color and makes your hair feel soft and look shiny!

I bought this because I spend $45 on another brand that I love. You can probably guess which it is.
This is creamy shampoo. It's not super, super sudsy. Feels wonderful. I used with the conditioner and my hair is clean, shiny and manageable. I didn't feel the need to use styling products.

Using heart lock it has kept my color fresh and my hair soft. There is no waste as other products you have to pour into your hand. Instead you pump the amount you need and none of it lands up on the shower floor. This gives you a 100% product use with virtually no waste. Heart lock it and love it.

This makes my hair feel really clean before I put the conditioner on it. I can feel that there is no Oily mess or grimy dirt that maybe left over. It feels clean totally. It feels conditioned before the conditioner is added.

I have tried multiple shampoos over the years. They would leave my hair stripped of color and volume. I was extremely impressed with this shampoo. I have occasionally strayed and used a newly advertised shampoo but have gone right back to this one finding out it did not work as well to protect my color and give the volume. The price is very reasonable. Great shampoo!

I was using drug store shampoo and having major issues with my hair being dry and brittle even though I don't color my hair (now I do that I discovered eSalon), don't use any type of heat - no hair dryer, no flat iron... and I don't use styling products because my hair has always been "sensitive". This shampoo has made my hair soft and shiny! I am hooked now! I only wish it came in a bigger bottle because I have really long hair and I see me going through it faster than my mega drug store bottles!

I really, really like this shampoo. It seems to extend the life of my color and leaves my hair clean, smooth, and clean feeling...not greasy and heavy like some. A little pricey but in comparison to higher end shampoos, is worth the price.

Lots of color-safe lather and the fragrance is nice. Most of all, it cleans my hair and scalp gently while leaving it soft and prepped for the conditioner. I LOVE the pump dispenser!

Love this shampoo. I have baby fine hair and have to be careful, some shampoo's weight my hair down This product does not do that at all. My hair is soft but has nice body to it

After using this shampoo (that is included with my monthly coloring kit) and trying to stretch out as much as possible from the little sample, I finally ordered the big-girl size! Duh! Smells great, works great, hair feels wonderful after :)

I ordered this shampoo to give it a try when I ordered by hair color. I have tried all kinds of "color safe shampoos" on the market. My color stayed true, did not fade between coloring and my hair is in the best condition ever! This is the only color safe shampoo I will use.

I have been using the shampoo for over a month now and in overall I am happy with it. The only part I don't like that it doesn't get foamy when you use it. My hair look great after using it so I am grateful for that!

Used I t ever since I started using the eSalon hair color. It keeps the color locked in and prevents fading. I am a red head and it is very difficult to prevent fading with that shade. This shampoo works!

This is an excellent product. I don't have to use very much to get the job done. It does not strip the color from my hair, nor does it dry out my hair. I did price comparisons, too. You can't beat the price of esalon LOVE shampoo. I HIGHLY recommend this shampoo.
