For some reason, my hair is not holding the color and keeps getting lighter and lighter. Got any thoughts?
See my newly added photo from 5 years ago? My hair is dark. Not anymore??? Possibly you should take out some of the red color and add more brown and mahogany?

This is a good shampoo but what I had really wanted was the color shampoo that helps brighten you ends. It has reds, brown or other tint in it.

I try other shampoos from time to time, but keep on coming back to this one. My only complaint is I would like bigger bottles, and I don't need the conditioner.

The original and the best shampoo, over the years I've tried various shampoos in the eSalon range and I have to say the original is the best. I will be sticking to this from now on it does what it says, plus it makes my hair feel nice and soft . My only complaint is that I dislike the packaging labels. I've disliked them since the re branding aside from asthetics, the font, color and layout make the packaging nearly impossible to read, even when magnified.

The shampoo was fine, but my hair is curly and I have shampoo that I have used for the last 4 years that is just for gals with curly hair. I do not want to change shampoo.

Only thing bad is the new packaging. The bottle is very stiff and really wish you would enclose a pump so you don't dispense too much and have to try and put the extra back in the bottle.

Way smaller than what the bottle looks like on website. However, this is my fault for not looking at the fluid ounces. Smells great and makes hair feel great and so shiny!

I like the shampoo. Wish it had a bit more suds to it but I understand that it is sulfate free. If this helps to prolong my hair color I'll live with a little less lather.

This does the job without stripping color, but I like the Heart Lock shampoo better. Seemed to give more body to my hair and was better after a color. But I like them both, just one seems richer than the other.

I think that you have to use too much of an amount to get a good lather. For the price of the shampoo I wouldn't think it would take much. But I still love the way it makes my hair look, feel & smell

It's not what I would of expected from this company. Marketing and Presentation are pretty much tops when it comes to a company. I am a marketeer for Costco and that's what they taught me. Your new look is BORING. I loved the old look. Don't really understand why you have chosen to go so plain. I have been using your products for a couple years now. I first tried this as the sample sent with my color. I loved it and ordered the full size. I love the product, however I feel that it’s overpriced for such a small quantity. Other than that it’s perfect. I love the smell and it leaves my hair feeling clean and light and protects my color.

It is very difficult to get the shampoo out of this new style bottle. Even with a new full bottle! I suggest a softer plastic so you can squeeze the air and get out the product.

So this seems to do a fab job and it is SLS free shampoo! I have tried quite a few too! Foams as much as can be expected without that harsh chemical SLS. The only thing is it is quite pricy and the bottle was slippy, the push flip top was a shame, as I was expecting a nice pump top as in photo which would have been great to use.

Love the shampoo, but strongly dislike the new packaging. Cheap plastic bottle and no pump included. The new design is not appealing. The font is difficult to read. So much so I grabbed the conditioner bottle instead of the shampoo bottle.

I love this shampoo !! Used it for the first time with my color order and decided to start ordering it along with the conditioner. One draw back is that the bottle is small and I will run out before my next order ships. Ever thought of offering a larger size bottle ?

Just the smell along would have sold me on this product, but it works better than any other shampoo of this type I have ever used. (And that has been a lot) Just give it a try & you will be hooked.

My only problem is the pumps in both products in the last couple of purchases. No matter how I try I cannot get them to work properly. After checking the previous customer reviews, I realize several other people have had the same problem. I like the pumps, if they work!

Trying this shampoo to keep my hair color from fading so fast. Usually 2 to 3 weeks after coloring my hair it looks like I need to refresh my color (dull and drab) hope this changes that

I've used this shampoo for a month and it's done a great job at protecting my color. My only complaint is it takes a large amount to "feel" enough in your hair to suds...maybe 4-5 times more than most shampoos. I don't think this bottle will last very long if I'm having to use that much--which may make it too expensive for me to stick with, but does a great job

smells great and lathered really well. used the conditioner afterwards so can't really say how well this shampoo alone was for my hair but, the combo made my hair super soft with little of both needing to be used.
con: takes like 10 pumps just to get enough shampoo to wash my shoulder length hair. pump dispenses peewee amounts.

I loved this shampoo, but not for the expensive price and the amount you get. With that said, I went back to another product and saw a big change in my hair, not for the better. Needless to say, I am back using this shampoo bc it really does make a difference.

I really like this shampoo but find it too expensive. Due to the fact that I cannot afford it I really only use it 1 or 2X after I color. You won't be disappointed with this purchase.
