For being sulfate-free I'm amazed at the lather this shampoo creates. I increased time between my 1st and 2nd color because my color lasted so much longer than any store bought kit ever used. I feel very confident in saying it lasted longer because of the amazing formula for this shampoo.

As with all the products I have tried so far, I am happy with this shampoo. Its very gentle on my hair. My color seems to last longer between colorings, doesn't fade my color. Very happy with ths product

Do not let the super cheap looking bottles fool you- this shampoo (and the conditioner) are the best thing out there. I feel like I finally found a shampoo for home that gives my hair that silky soft full never greasy wonderful feeling I used to only get when I went to the salon.
I’ve got thick hair, around shoulder length and only buy these every 2 or so months. I only wash my hair 2 -3 times a week because it stays clean and fresh, and no buildup.
Yep, they nailed the formula.
Sure, the bottle and label (branding) look like something from the dollar store (seriously ugly- marketing, are you reading this?!) but they do work.
I prefer this regular formula and find it cleans and conditions perfectly and my hair stylist says it’s great. She is also completely impressed that I manage a totally natural brown that doesn’t look dyed or fakey. I could never color my own hair before and constantly had to pay hundreds for color fixes. Esalon has been a game changer and money saver for me. Yay!
PS: I’m not an employee, not paid or incentivized - I just love their stuff. Except, you know, the packaging! It looks like Mary Kay barfed.

I really love this Shampoo and have no hesitation in recommending it. Nice fragrance, good lather, cleans well. As soon as it is back in stock I will order more! My only suggestion would be to change to a tube rather than a bottle as I find I need to shake and squeeze the bottle quite a few times to get the product out. Same for the Conditioner. I hope this is considered but regardless I will continue to order.

They sent this to me as a courtesy because i messed up in the washing the dye out process. I appeciate it so much. Great smell and does an amazing job cleansing. Im a esalon client for life now.

After getting the satchet of this in with my colouring set I just had to have this shampoo to use whenever I wanted, so I ordered the bottle and my hair is so grateful! Love it!

I love this shampoo!
The shampoo does not dry my hair out like other shampoos do after I color my hair.
My hair feels clean and it doesn't fade out the color at all

I have always shampooed my hair every day. I use this 4 or 5 times a week and on the other days I use the color enhancing treatment. So far it has worked well with my hair.

Since using this with the same conditioner my hair is now in fantastic condition.It is lovely and soft and shiny.
Would highly recommend to use this product with the conditioner.

I love how clean my hair feels after using this shampoo. It has a nice, light scent, as well.
I personally prefer the lower lather that sulfate-free products produce. I was actually surprised at how much lather there was. Great product.

I have been coloring my hair for about 25 years. So, I have also used many different color saving shampoos that range in cost up to $70+. This shampoo from E-Salon is the best one I have used and the cost is the least expensive!

I usually don’t go with just one brand of shampoo, but when I tried this I fell instantty in love. This shampoo had been included in my color pack and I found myself longing for it until I finally got it ordered. The smell is great (brings back my youth with a hint of apples). It cleans great. It has a good price. I am pleased.

I love this product my hair feels clean and is clean. It leaves an Rose petal like aroma. (at least that’s what I smell) Along with the conditioner, this product is amazing 😉

I absolutely love my color and the classic shampoo and classic conditioner are amazing! I have baby fine hair and conditioners weigh my hair down! Not so this although I only use it every other shampoo! Super shiny hair and the color is GREAT!!

Better than all other Professional Lines Shampoos! and believe me, I’ve tried them ALL! My hair type is fine but not few, meaning my hair is fine but there’s plenty of it. I like to use volume shampoos but don’t lie them to make my hair “hard” or rough in texture. This color shampoo & conditioner from E-salon are the best for shine, condition, and volume without even being specifically meant for “Volume.” p.s. they also have a “Volume Booster” shampoo and conditioner which besides having superb volume-boosting properties, smells absolutely divine!

The classic shampoo and conditioner combo has become one of my favorite products. I receive so many compliments on how shiny and healthy my hair looks when I use them. They are also lightweight and give my hair a nice bounce.

I have a prescription for dandruff shampoo, but I love the scent of this shampoo so much that I intersperse it with my other shampoo. My hair is dry, but this shampoo helps it look soft and shiny.
