I'd been using wrong products and when using this shampoo, well, it started restoring my hair from point one. I wasn't sure, emailed for help, got terrific service, they answered my questions. Rural area, dry climate, well water all contributed to a pathetic mess. But now, I'm stunned at how soft my hair is, mostly untangled, very easy care, very wavy (which I love!). I can't live without Heart Lock It! I switch shampoos and conditioners around for a variety! You won't be disappointed! Nice knowing this shampoo is "color safe" that's what is important to me.

Was looking for a gentle shampoo after years of coloring my hair with department store color. This shampoo gets my hair clean without harsh chemicals. Great lather, clean and shiny. Smells good too.

I love Heart Lock It shampoo. My hair feels and looks so much better. I am getting the shine back that I thought I had lost forever. I have tried many different shampoos and conditioners but this is the one that gave me my shine back. If you hair has become dull I would give this a try. It might just be the shampoo you too have been looking for.

Received my latest shipment just in time. I colored my hair on Saturday and used Lock It shampoo. It is a great product. My hair looks fabulous. It is so shiny and the color looks perfect.

I loved the smell and feel of my hair, so much, after the first time I dyed it, that I had to get this shampoo (and the conditioner) in my next order. I haven’t used it enough to say it protects my color, but it definitely makes my hair silky soft, and smells amazing!

I love this Shampoo. It leaves my hair clean and soft. I recommend it for everyone that wants to keep their hair color lasting longer without dulling out.

I love this shampoo as it lathers well after just coloring, which some shampoos don't do. It feels moisturizing and healthy. Most of all it helps maintain and extend the color of my hard to color hair! (blonde/platinum!)

I am yet to find an esalon product I don't love. This is a great shampoo for everyday use, and I love the fact it's sulphate free. Leaves hair glossy, good with or without conditioner, protects colour really well. Thanks again eSalon.

You know you’re using the right product when your stylist tells you your hair is healthy. One bottle lasts a month - provides a lot of lather to wash my long hair - 3-4 times a week.

Really mild and preserving! This is great for the person that does shampoo frequently. It keeps the color vibrant and does not show signs of fading. Works twice as good with the LOVE conditioner.

I get this with my color of course. Like it so much I wanted to have it for more frequent use. I'm a redhead, so my color fades faster than I'd like. I think this shampoo has helped it stay bright longer.

Love the smell! I get the travel packet every time I get my new color, so I’ve used the shampoo before and I love how it feels and makes my hair look. I also love the fragrance. So I order it with my haircolor all the time, it’s wonderful

THis is a gentle shampoo that does the job, cleanses your hair well without stripping it. My color lasts all the way through 'til I get that grown out strip and it's time to dye it again. I can tell the difference in the color when I use a different shampoo.

LOVE the scent. LOVE the way it makes my hair feel (with the conditioner). Only 4 stars because of the amount of product for the price. A few more ounces and this product would easily be a top contender with the other “color safe” shampoos out there. Would recommend though :)

I have very fine (yet lots of it) hair and this shampoo is gentle enough for me to use everyday without stripping my hair of it’s natural oils. I also like the pump dispenser as once you determine how many pumps you need for your hair length there’s no waste.

I fell in love with eSalon LOVE after the first use and changed from my high end salon product that was drying out my fine hair making it look dull and whispy
eSalon Love has my hair looking and feeling healthy, silky and smooth without making it look flat.

This is by far the best shampoo for colored red hair! I've use several products, including a couple of well known brand names. This is the ONLY one I've used that helps preserve the color.
