Don't you hate when you spend money on a great color,
and the first time you shampoo, the color goes down the drain with the bubbles?!? This shampoo is kind and gentle to your color, yet cleans your hair! I love this stuff!!!

I had very thick hair my whole life. Well everything changes after 50. I noticed my hair was thinning out a little.(thank God I had so much to start out with) This shampoo makes my hair feel thick and full again.

Love the way my hair feels after I shampoo. I have not used it enough to get lots of volume, but it certainly does not strip my hair so it is flatter than before I shampooed. I have a new perm, and I appreciate the gentleness of the product. My hair is clean, shining and getting healthier. Can't ask for more.

What can you say? It's the best !!!!! My hair is baby fine and this shampoo gives it body, shine.I love it. Have to hide it from my husband. Caught him using it too.

This really is one of the best shampoos that I've ever used at helping to keep my color fresh all month. My red color would always fade pretty quickly between colors and I was ALWAYS seeing my roots within a couple of weeks. With this shampoo and conditioner combo I have noticed my color lasting MUCH longer!

This product smells so good & definitely works as far as keeping the color in your hair. The volumizing part though.. I'm not too convinced.
This order as well has taken a long time to get to me! I ordered this 11 days ago & im still waiting. I just got an update saying it's finally on the way. So I would suggest ordering it before you color your hair!!

both the shampoo and conditioner that replaced the LOVE IT and LOCK products are wonderful!!!! I LOVE THE NEW ONES SO MUCH MORE!!!! The packets (individual packets) are more difficult to open than the older ones. With wet hands, forget it. Just a mention. Product is AWESOME!!

I ordered Big Softie Shampoo & Conditioner. I was pleased with how quickly the product was delivered! The shampoo smelled wonderful and added volume. I would love to see this product strengthen as well as volumize.

I like the shampoo you send in the packet with the color better as it is white in color and it suds up easier than this one. I believe I need to try the shampoo that is compatible with the love Unconditionally conditioner.

I love this shampoo for how clean it makes my hair feel, how it maintains my color, and adds volume. Plus it smells great! I have fine hair but a lot of it, and I just wish it lathered a little better. I have a difficult time getting the correct amount to work up a lather (which also means I tend to use more than I would like to in one shampoo). Hopefully this gets fixed, and it will be the perfect shampoo!

I have only used the shampoo three times. It smells great, my hair feels clean, but I have yet to style my hair. So I hope it styles well. I have fine straight hair that is hard to style and hold a curl.

I used this shampoo for the first time and I love it! It made my hair soft and shiny and gave it nice volume. However, I can't figure out how to get the pump working. I have to unscrew the top and pour out the shampoo. Is there something I need to do to get the pump working? I thought I tried everything. Thank you.

I was a little skeptical about this at first. I didn't think i could get volume and protect my color at the same time. Boy was I wrong! I just found my perfect shampoo.

Same as the volumizing conditioner, I love the product! Give a good clean and helps lift those locks without feeling "product-y". The only issue, like other reviews, is the difficulty with the pump. Not gonna let that small challenge in the morning stop me and my volumized hair!!

A little bit goes a long way! I loved the way it smelled and how I could easily brush through my hair after I showered. The next day it was so soft and shiny!

I have very fine hair, so I've used several different brands trying to find one that volumizes while still being gentle on the color. Whoooo Hooooo ~ Nothing has come even close to delivering what I was looking for until I found Big Love! My search is over!

I have been coloring my hair for many years. I always wait three days after I color to wash my hair so I don't loose all my color in the first wash. Usually the shower is covered in dark brown coloring no matter how much I rinse and condition when coloring. I colored with esalon and waited the three days so I would feel safe to wash and to my surprise no hair color ran off. I was in shock. This shampoo did not pull the color out of my hair. It was so gentle and left my hair feeling full.

Very gentle for preserving color, just a bit drying for already dry, color treated hair. Leaves it feeling like snarled fishing line. The companion conditioner is geared for having no weight, so it doesn't help de-tangle much. It's difficult to have thin colored hair, you want volume, but you need moisture.

I've had thin fine hair my entire life, I've tried everything available from salon brands to discount store brands, with little to no results from either shampoo or treatments so I wasn't really expecting much from this. Boy was I wrong, I experienced double the amount of volume than with my regular shampoo. I'm sold, I'll be using Big Love from now on.

Could not be less inspired. From the colors of the new bottles, to the basic black flip cap...even the chouce of font. eSalon's previous packaging was delightful, whimsical, memorable to look at...Big Love staring back from the shower shelf...Big Softie right behind it....what could possibly have caused such a step back from the previous inspired and charming product presentations. I don't even recognize the shampoo inside....

This is only my second time using it, I e'll like I have to use a lot of conditioner and shampoo cover my head. I have fine straight shoulder length hair.

I didn't use much, yet I had way too much suds in my hair. I love the way my hair felt after. The amount of suds made me feel like there were hidden sulfates and chemicals that I probably didn't want in my hair. Smells good though.

I am excited to see the new packaging. I know that it has been difficult when you get to the bottom of the shampoo and conditioner to get the last few uses out of the container with the pump as supplied previously.

Gender neutral smell. Usually these don't work out on my hair. This did actually give me some lift & I have very thick very long(to my butt almost) hair.

I didn't see much of an increase in volume from some of the other shampoos I have tried. I am really concerned whether this shampoo contains Sulphates, as I know how bad it is to use shampoos that have this substance. Please let me know before I use any more of it. Thanks!
