If you want volume, this does it, but left my hair dry and unmanageable. Also noticed more hair loss using this conditioner than others.

To much fragrance for me

Even though I love the smell it was to much for me since I am scent sensitive. Also, instead of volume, my hair went straight and flat. But to be fair.... all conditioners do that to my hair but I keep trying new ones in hope of a different result.

Conditioner went on nicely and detangled hair, but hair was totally dry and “fly-away” for rest of day. Had to apply an oily conditioner to calm it down so it wasn’t so full of static. My hair is typically rather oily and this absolutely dried it out.

I couldn't even try the product because the bottle wouldn't work. The pump wouldn't unlock no matter which way I screwed it. After 10 minutes of fiddling with it in the shower, it finally fell out of my hands and split open. I was too defeated by the packaging to even get to try the product.

Bad pump, dry hair

I can't make the pump work. No matter how many times I turn it in any direction, pressure or no pressure, the pump won't budge. I end up taking the top off and just pouring it out. I would be fine with that if the product worked, but my hair doesn't seem to benefit either. It's not even voluminous, just dry. Wish I had canceled it before this last box arrived.

It is ok,, nothing special. Love unconditionally is a far better product. Bought both for choice and will stick to the other one. There is no extra volume after using this one either.

I have absolutely loved most of eSalon's products, so I was excited to try out this volumizing conditioner when I bought it last summer. I have naturally wavy/curly hair that tends to get flat as the day goes on. While this conditioner smells great, I have found that after using it, my hair is pretty dry and brittle -- it almost feels like I did not use any conditioner at all. For a while I tried using it only once a week, but even that seemed to be drying my hair out and I found I was compensating by using a lot of leave-in conditioner. This might be good for people that don't have a problem with dry hair or split-ends, but it wasn't for me.

Have to use quite a bit of it to get knots out of your hair and doesn't smell as nice as the coresponding shampoo

Not color protecting

This product left me with a dark ring of color in the tub after washing. Did not in any way protect the color or assist in volumizing. Now I have a full bottle of something that will not be used again. Neither the shampoo bottle OR the conditioner bottle that I received say ANYTHING AT ALL ABOUT COLOR CARE, although, that is how it is sold. The color it washed away was eSalon color that I was very happy with but if the eSalon shampoo and conditioner do not protect the same brand hair color then the assumption would be they certainly would not protect any other brand of hair color. Will not be ordering this again and do not recommend.

This is not for me and my naturally curly hair. Some products make my hair feel like straw, however, it did provide volume, but only because my hair was frizzy and the curl was not very pretty at all.

Works great on my hair. No getting around that, but takes forever and a day to get enough product out to be able to use on your hair. I have a bad arm, and I would be in pain for most of the evening and next day just from washing my hair. Product is great, but the bottles need work.

I used this in conjunction with the "Big Love" shampoo and I am greatly disappointed. It left my hair feeling almost sticky-like and it was incredibly static-y. Maybe their other haircare products are not like this, but I would not recommend this one.

I used this along with the "Big Love" shampoo, and that was the wrong combination. I have fine, straight hair that needs volume, but this combination made my hair so dry, and so frizzy and flighty that I couldn't use it. I like the scent though.

The product is great and makes my hair very soft but the troubles getting it out. The pump did not untwist so I had to open it completely and shake out the product. Not the best thing to have to labor for in the shower.

This small bottle smells awesome but didn't last long for the price. The pump is also short so it is quite an exercise in patience to get enough out to do the job for my long hair. I really wanted to love it.

I have ordered this product for a long time and had always been pleased with the results. However, since the "New and Improved" formula my hair has been full of static which makes it hard to style and has no volume. I never had issues with static with the old formula. Unfortunately I will not be ordering this product anymore.

I have used the shampoo that goes along with this conditioner and I have to say it does give volume but my concern is that it leaves my hair feeling like cotton, even the conditioner. My hair doesn't feel soft and it's a hot mess when I towel dry. Very tangly and dry feeling. If you use this you need to use a great leave in conditioner that doesn't weigh your hair down but leave it manageable. I am still looking for that holy grail leave in conditioner.

Good for color, not a good conditioner

This conditioner leaves my hair in a tangled mess that takes a while to comb through. I also get annoyed at how much is trapped in the bottle because it is so thick. I've been able to cut the bottle open and scrape out about another week's worth of daily washes. Probably would like a detangling conditioner better.

Nothing about this works - doesn't volumise, pump doesn't work, giving a pea size amount and it is generally very nothing-y. Since I've had it I have bought several other conditioners, all used and this still sits there - tells you everything really doesn't it!

I have fine hair. I got no Volume from this and my hair felt even finer and flyaway. Additionally, I didn't order this since I just got it on Dec. 29, 2016 (Order #12941041).

Usually a conditioner leaves your hair soft and easy to comb through. Not so much with this one. Although it does not weight your hair down like some others.
