It sprays the color to scalp as well, and stain hair brush. I think the eyelash type touch up has better controls not stain scalp.

With a strawberry and darker red under tones I was apprehensive this would match.
From the first spay I loved it! Can’t even tell especially when I have it pulled back when the whites really show. Not anymore. Sprayed the white hairs away.

It can be difficult to find a root spray to match my red hair but this product does the trick covering my gray roots beautifully and not leaving stains or build up on my scalp.

If you don't have time to dye your hair, this is a quick fix when you are in hurry. Shake Can and spray part lines and where gray is showing. Out the door you go with confindence.

There's really nothing wrong with this product. Good coverage and looks natural. For me, it isn't something I would purchase again because of my color. If I had a darker color and lighter roots, this product is prefect for you.

I use this when I miss a spot or two after coloring or when my Gray starts showing. I’m learning how to adjust the powerful spray button. I wouldn’t be without it.

Me siento segura al retocar mis raíces, tengo que aplicar un poco de spray para darle un brillo natural, ya que al aplicarlo el pelo se ve opaco. Pero nada que sea un gran problema. Para mi la mejor manera de aplicarlo es con una brocha ;)

So Ive used Bumble & Bumble color spray, Revlons, Oribe and now Camo Mist. This is my new favorite for root touch ups in between coloring. Light, not heavy, not chalky or sticky and doesnt clog my follicles like the Bumble and Revlon one. I do love Oribe as well, but gosh it so expensive for what little you get.

When the grays come in on the top of my head making it look like a small cat I just spray a bit there and poof it's gone. Often my hair color although faded after 5 weeks looks just fine and this product allows me to go another week before coloring again. It's not phony looking!

Esalon is very accessible and responded to an issue I had with a same day response time and I got it resolved. I found that if you sprayed this on your head, a thick circle hits the spot, I used the color hair brush, (included in package) Dampen the brush with a little water, spray it on the brush instead of directly on head, (maybe you can spray the color right from the bottle down your part and spread the color. Better yet, I sprayed the Root Touch-up color on the brush. Then I could brush the color gently around my hairline. It blends in nicely., Thank you eSalon for working with me. In a week I will do all my roots with my custom color. I'm looking forward to seeing the color. Will report back. Best regards, Patricia

A spray on root color to blend your hair. But, get this.. the color is chosen to match yours! So there is no guessing if it will be a seamless match or not. Once it is dry, you can comb it or style it and it doesn't come out or flake off like other brands. Just watch out for this powerful mini aerosol can... a little goes a long way!

I use root spray quite a bit. Other brands are more brown (I ordered Auburn) and leave hair with a heavy, dry texture. Camo Mist is a good color and very light.

I have used the shampoo and conditioner which helps with the color lasting longer, so I haven’t had to use this yet. I will review again later once I have used it.

This is my dirty little secret and now that the product is improved the color is even better I spray it just above my forehead to hide the grays and above my ears and I look like I just stepped out of the salon

I have a cowlick in the back of my hair. It starts parting in the back... not only does this cover my grey roots between coloring, it camouflages this ‘bald’ spot!

I thought this came with every order especially since I find this product does not cover gray that well. I find this spray works better than drugstore brands , it is not sticky or matted.

As I have chosen to lengthen time between coloring, I find I use this product those last few days to hide the gray from peeking out on top of my hair or in the sideburn areas where they like to appear.

This root covering spray is very nice to have on hand in between coloring. It matches my hair color really well and covers grays really well. It is also more pigmented and less messy than other sprays I have tried. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because it does still come off under my fingernails if I touch my hair while wearing it. But even that aspect is better than drugstore products.

I like !! it covers the grays on top pretty good . When I spray the liquid is cold as heck !! I gave it a 4 star because is hard to get the grays in from and my sides with out getting g stained.

I love this simple root touch up. It covers very well and I always get comments about it looking like I just did a full color. It also is not perfumed which I appreciate greatly. The formula is a tad thick in a way so it gums up my hair a little. Wish it was just a little lighter. Overall I will order this over and over.

Easier to apply compared to root touch-up in mascara type container. But have a tissue or paper plate to place against face and hairline to prevent overspraying on hands and face.
