I wish there was enough to cover my whole head! The highlights are just about the exact color I wanted. In a few days I'll add the custom color set color and I will be right where I want to be. I'll have to keep ordering this set until I get the old dark brown color lightened. Hopefully in a few months I'll get the color I've been trying to achieve. (My natural hair color lol)

Very nicely packed, 2 gloves, easy to use, great result. I gave 4 points just because of the instructions, I would say it needs to be clearer in what is the outcome if you leave it for 30 min to act, I kept it only 7 minutes, checking how fast my hair gets lightened, and washed out way before 30 min instructions says. When it comes to tonic mask, again instructions should say to follow how is it actually toning your hair, I washed mine after aprox 10 min.... And I got amazing result.

This was made so easy because the solution is thick and dries quickly so it doesn't transfer somewhere you don't want it to go. The results were perfect!

Applied medium to dark blonde highlight set to previously highlighted hair and it turned out really well even though I left on longer than given time. Will definitely order again as with salons closed it has been a huge relief to have hair looking fresh once again.

This lasted so long that the 2 followup boxes were not needed and my daughters used them. The blonde highlights were so natural and kept shining through and there was no dryness at all to my hair. I received a lot of compliments on how youthful my hair looked. Very easy to apply direct from bottle. I used just 1/4.

I am surprised how easy this kit was to use and how great and professional the result was. I am actually going to just DIY it from now on rather than spending loads (not to mention hours) at the hairdresser!

I decided to give the highlights a try because I love my color from esalon but wanted more dimension and didn't want my hair to look like a wig. I was nervous but really made sure I watched the video AND followed the instruction print out. The instruction print out gives a tip about side parts that the video does not. I also followed the reviewer's advice that less is more. It does take time but it was not difficult, honestly it was kind of fun! The end result was amazing! Seriously, better than I could have hoped for. The color is subtle and blends so well with my color, perfect for the dimension I was wanting. The balayage technique makes the highlights so soft and they will grow out beautifully. I was skeptical when I saw reviews say theirs were better than the salon but I can attest to that now. Some of the best highlights I've had!

I had a bad brand name box color and sections of my hair remained too dark and just wouldn’t go away. Plus, I always found highlights made my thin hair look thicker. Now I can do it myself safely at home! The highlights gave me subtle and natural dimension and makes my ESalon results even better.

This is only second time I did the light set and the results are so amazing! I cannot believe that I'm able to do this at home by myself. It's so easy to do but, like the first time, I watched and re-watched all the videos online a couple of times before starting. I can't stop looking at how even the back of my head got perfect. Just what I needed have been feeling so blah with these gray, dreary, cold winter days. Thanks again for making such a great product.

The color was perfect. I have short, chin length hair. I also have fine and thinning hair. I did not use 1/2 of the product to cover every inch of my hair that I wanted highlighted! I wish I could order a smaller version.

I was pleasantly surprised at how beautiful the highlights turn out. It left my hair shiny and soft. Excellent product and fairly easy to use. I have short layered hair so keeping them separate was a bit of a challenge. I would think long hair would be quite easy to do.

The finishing touch after I do my basic color is always the light set. This process adds the depth and character to my hair and the toning mask settles the color - both the base and the highlights for a gorgeous mop. Also when I blow dry, the feel of my hair is luscious and soft. I ALWAYS get asked if I'm just back from the salon when I do my e-salon treatments. But with COVID lockdowns I haven't been to a professional hair dresser for an entire year!

I loved this! I ordered one a few months ago and was too scared to try it, but now that we are safely in 2021 it felt like it was time. It was easy to apply- I followed the directions and also watched how-to videos on the site. I left it in for less time then was recommended due to chunky highlight fear- but it looks great! Very natural. I think next time I may leave it in for the full amount of time but we will see how the news cycle goes before I make any big decisions. You should try this!

I love this product and have used it at least 5 times now. I apply differently every time depending on how I’m feeling. I love this product because it’s strong enough to deliver great results while not allowing you to go overboard and wreck your hair.

Wow...I was very nervous highlighting my own hair. I watched the video twice and jumped in. What a beautiful look & color...my neighbor who is a hairstylist, but not mine, stopped me in a store to tell me how it caught her attention. She loves it & so do I!

I have dark brown hair and had my hair highlighted caramel blonde. Needed topping up but can't got salon :( my friend recommend me, was nervous to do it at home then omg. Came out better than the salon and so easy, thought it would get everywhere, it was perfect! I'm obsessed with the purple toner, it's beautiful.

I really like the light set. It doesn't crisp hair or fry it the way other lighteners can. I'm a licensed hair stylist and have never dyed my hair because of the brittle texture that can happen over time. I would do this again.

I love the fact that I can do highlights at home! I have been getting highlights from traditional salon for 20+ years so after watching them do it all those years I had a pretty good idea of how I wanted it to turn out.... and Whola! eSalon has come through yet again! THANK YOU!!

Super easy. Shampoo is luxurious. The mask toner? To dye for. Wish I could buy it separately! Just washed mask off, and blow dried. Looks shiny. Feels much softer than usual.

It was a perfect lighting set. I love how it still smells new and makes my hair all healthy the fact that there's no bleach. It is just the best lighting set i ever experience.

I have used eSalon for 3 color sessions now. This last one I had requested a light, strawberry blonde as my ends lightened over the summer months and I wanted to take the roots up a bit. Perfect match! The color couldn't have come out better. I also asked for highlights in this session and I was very nervous about the application, but they worked out tremendously. No 'streaks' or obvious user errors (I have long hair and did it myself for the first time). I recommend to use your hands (with gloves on) and pull the highlight mixture through the sections after appyling with a brush. Worked wonderfully!

I tried the light set yesterday, and wow was it great (5 stars all the way). It was so natural-looking, maybe even the best hair color ever. I am a tough critic when I see a good product you will now.

Lightened up great! I needed more tho, I ran about 1 or 2 stripes short. I used on wet hair and it only took half the time and it was super gentle on my dry hair!

I had to wait a bit, for my old color (from Hair Salon Color) to grow out a bit, to use this light set kit. It was worth the wait. so very happy there is "movement" to my more natural (darker) color...

New at the DIY since Covid, I was having a hard time coming to terms with the way my color looked. Even though my roots were covered, my color lacked life. The Light Set made me feel so much better. Thank you.

I love this light set. It was gentle on my hair and gave me a beautiful caramel dimension. I now have a lovely warm colour to my hair and I absolutely love it!! For me esalon has everything I need, so glad I found them. The icing on the cake is having Valarie my colourist available to me when I need advice or help. Thank you so much Valarie and esalon.

The highlight set was easy to use and gave my hair beautiful definition and dimension. My colourist helped me get the exact colour and effect I wanted. Again esalon has come up 10 out of 10.
