I like the feel of this conditioner. Pleasant smell and has a good weight to it. In the summer, I dilute it with water and use it as a leave in. Works great!

This is the first conditioner that I have used more than once. I have flat, thin hair and all the other conditioners made my hair limp but this one doesn't. I'm a customer for life!

Lots of shampoo for just a small amount, I pump 4 times and put on my hair and added a little water and wow lots of soap love it and it made my hair feel so full

I have fine, straight hair, and wear it short, especially in the humidity of summer. The very first day I used Big Softie, I had several people as me if I had a new haircut, and complimented me on it. I hadn't gotten a haircut, just used Big Softie. It will remain a part of my daily routine!

Big Softie stands up to its name! I love the conditioner that comes in the box with my hair color and I wanted some to use all the time between hair color. This is it. My hair isn't as fly away with this conditioner. I love it!

I purchased this conditioner along with the shampoo. Love them both! My frizzy dry color/hightlighted hair felt soft and manageable. I will definitely purchase again!

I also used the original eSalon shampoo in the red bottle. Needed some extra lift to my very straight hair. I loved the smell and how it lathered up so richly with only a little amount! My hair was shiny, soft and very manageable!

I used to use the original eSalon conditioner in the red bottle. Decided to try this one as my hair needed just a little more lift. It worked great! Shiny, soft and not heavy on my hair like some conditioners can be.

My hair has gradually been thinning over the years so this shampoo is a God send. My hair immediately had more volume , I felt the extra weight in it even before I dried it. Thanks to your products my hair looks and feels great and I feel 10 years younger! Thank you

I just used this yesterday for the first time. I love the smell of it. Very fresh and not overpowering. I think it is going to work very well. Leaves the hair silky smooth and gives me the volume I need. I would recommend it! I have rather short hair and need the volume.

Amazing. As a guy with hair a bit past my mid back, I really appreciated this. It makes my hair look fuller even more then my mediumish thick hair. The smell lingers with you as you go throughout your day and what's that you ask?? What does it smell like? It smells like what heaven would smell like with kiwi and strawberries. You need to buy this, why are you still reading? Get it! :)

This works best with the big love volumizing shampoo. It doesn't weigh the hair down and locks in just the right amount of moisture. Smells absolutely wonderful. This hair care line is just worth every penny.

I have a very sensitive scalp, particularly to sulfate, so having a shampoo that does a great job of making my hair feel healthy and smooth without the use of sulfate has been AMAZING! Thank you eSalon!

I have very fine hair and most volumizing products add too much "weight" to my hair so that it looks worse than when it goes "limp". I love how my hair feels and looks after using Big Love! Soft and fluffy. . . . easy to manage, style, and very very pretty!

I like this shampoo quite a bit. You do not need much product to get a good lather and clean your hair, and it rinses very well. If there is any suggestion for improvement, the pump bottle has a VERY stiff pump - rather difficult to maneuver in the shower. Otherwise I like this shampoo and will purchase it again. I appreciate that it does not affect my color.

I have very fine hair so I was a bit skeptical about the volume claim. To my joy, the product came through and my hair has the perfect about of volume without looking like too much. I will be recommending this to my friends for sure.

I have never used conditioner because it makes my hair limp and greasy. This product makes my hair shiny, full and preserves the color. No limp locks or oily mess!

I kept pumping it into my hair thinking it was suppose to lather up, but it didn't. Right then I knew the product wouldn't be stripping my hair because unnecessary ingredients aren't in there. I used with the Big Love Conditioner and Get Heated spray and my hair is baby soft and lasts for days without washing. I only wash my hair twice a week and this product doesn't give you an oily build up by day three. Simply amazing! I may try the others but I'm afraid to since I don't want to lose my silky hair!!!! I'm sure they work great as well. :)

I love this product. It's lightweight enough to keep my fine hair from flopping while giving a great condition with volume. Have tried other volumizing products before only to be disappointed.

Glad I finally tried this product. I have fine hair and this gives just the boost I need for a little body and volume. After rinsing I can feel the fullness. I love that I can protect my color and get a little boost all a once.
