I originally loved the product I stopped using as it strips my hair colour from a warm dark blonde to a flat dull Sandy colour which makes it necessary to re colour my hair early than planned

This made my hair very fly away and filled with static. No added body or shine. I went back to my usual argon oil shampoo & conditioner. It works better at less than half the price. I have coarse, thick, hair that doesn't require special treatment's.

Only been using it since Saturday I'm and not sure about this product as I seem to be getting quiet greasy hair with it, but as mentioned early days and maybe should wait a while, but the smell from both of them is amazing and smells like a salon shampoo and conditioner.

Could not be less inspired. From the colors of the new bottles, to the basic black flip cap...even the chouce of font. eSalon's previous packaging was delightful, whimsical, memorable to look at...Big Love staring back from the shower shelf...Big Softie right behind it....what could possibly have caused such a step back from the previous inspired and charming product presentations. I don't even recognize the shampoo inside....

I didn't use much, yet I had way too much suds in my hair. I love the way my hair felt after. The amount of suds made me feel like there were hidden sulfates and chemicals that I probably didn't want in my hair. Smells good though.

The conditioner is thick and really does feel like its good quality. The only problem is the pump is a little stiff but I do love the conditioner. I used it with the shampoo as well. As the conditioner was washing out of my hair I could feel that my hair felt better than with loreal professionals thickening shampoo which I had been using

Hatte mir Farbe bestellt dazu gab's eine kleine Probe Haarwäsche sowie Spülung, davon war ich begeistert.
Also dachte ich mir kauf die die Haarwäsche, nur mußte ich feststellen das diese Haarwäsche +Spülung für mein Haar garnicht geeignet ist. Mein Haar ist weder seidenweich noch glänzend. Ich habe relativ feines Haar, nach der Anwendung war mein Haar statisch aufgeladen und von Weichheit war keine Rede mehr. Mein Partner war garnicht davon überzeugt. Mein Fazit diese Haarwäsche und Spülung ist nichts für meine Haare.

Dried my hair out badly

Originally I used the Moisture Shampoo and conditioner. However, I have very fine and somewhat thin hair, so I wanted to see if the Volume product would make my hair look fuller. I didn't notice any problem when I first used Volume, but by the time I had used about 3/4 of the bottles, my hair had become extremely dry and brittle. Even using a good bit of the conditioner didn't help, and my hair was breaking off badly. So I switched to the repair shampoo and conditioner and my hair immediately improved. I have very long hair (as noted, fine and somewhat thin), and losing any to that kind of breakage was sad. I will just stick with the Repair until the bottles I have are used and then go back to Moisture.

Tried this set because I normally use a shampoo and conditioner that gives body and fuller hair. Seeing I had just colored my hair for the first time thought I would try this. They have a very mild and fresh scent until after the fact. Every time I have used them my hair smells like wet dog! As far as volume goes it just didn't work for my hair.

I didn't see much of an increase in volume from some of the other shampoos I have tried. I am really concerned whether this shampoo contains Sulphates, as I know how bad it is to use shampoos that have this substance. Please let me know before I use any more of it. Thanks!

I bought Love Unconditionally conditioner and now I am very happy. I realize now the volmunizing shampoo I am using needs to go. I see where you refunded on the shampoo when I really was unhappy with the conditioner but did not know until I bought the better one.

I love love love the scent of this conditioner. My hair looked too greasy after using this. I didn't like that.

Nice, but I do have to use more conditioner than I usually would with this one it doesn’t get through tangles as well as I’d like. Wish the scent was stronger it’s lovely but It’s very delicate for the conditioner, can’t smell it once rinsed. The shampoo has zero scent to it, I didn’t realise how important that would be to me but it’s quite boring with no smell. Maybe it advertises that and I just didn’t see it. Probably won’t repurchase as I have better alternatives i will go back too.

I have to say I was very impressed with the volume set this has made a real difference to my hair, it looks fuller and just better from the first use. The only thing I'm not overly keen on is the smell, I think this has a very chemically smell but everyone else, just says to has a clean smell to it, would love this to be floral or fruity scent, without changing the effects this gives. Still undecided if the smell outweighs the effects.

Très bon produit qui correspond à mes attentes en terme de volume et sans surgraisser les cheveux. En revanche, mes pointes n'ont pas apprécié car par assez réparateur.

I’m super picky about volumizing shampoos and don’t mind spending an entire small country’s GDP on a good shampoo but here’s one that won’t cost you a fortune and works like the best ones I’ve tried. I’m not crazy about the smell because it’s not botanical and smells like commercial shampoo.

I am a Wen user of many years. Nothing was even close. Then came hair dye..... stoped working. Tryed their sample.... this was $12 for both if you buy the dye subscription. But $30 if you dont. I can Not dye my own hair. Tryed months. Now i buy $30 i am so picky. I dont speak up for any product. But here weare. Ask for a sample. See for yourself. Stay safe and healthy.

Hallöchen, denke das das Shampoo mit dazu beigetragen hat das die Farbe von Esalon auch noch nach mehreren Wochen gut im Haar geblieben ist (bei zwei verschiedenen Friseuren hatte ich nicht soviel Glück).Die Spülung hingegen ist nicht ganz so mein Fall da man bei anderen Spülung die Pflege nach der Anwendung auch fühlt. Das ist hier nicht der Fall,daher ein Stern Abzug. Da ich kurze Haare habe kann ich nicht sagen ob sich das Haar durch die Spülung besser kämmen läßt. Das Duo richt gut und ist auch ergiebig.
