This shampoo works well once you figure out how much to use, and how to thin it out enough that it can be worked through the hair. Just to gummy to get it going right out of the bottle. The companion cream rinse is great. Thanks for listening.

Moisture rich as labeled was what I was hoping for. In comparison to the Heart lock it shampoo, this shampoo leaves your hair feeling overall clean without any shine or sign of moisture. Heart lock it is the best choice for moisture, but yet leaves less volume due to moisture.

I’ve tried Volume, Repair and Classic shampoos and conditioners. They had a deal on Moisture shampoo and conditioner so I thought I’d give it a try. If I didn’t like it, my son would use it. Well, now I have to share with my son. It says it detangles and this product does. I’ve spent lots of money over the years on detanglers that don’t work. I like it so much that I’m giving up my specialty shampoo and conditioner from another company…it’s just that good!!

I'm not a fan of the smell of classic conditioner that comes with the color kit; I used this for a while until it ran out and decided to just use my salon conditioner because I can buy it in a bulk container. You won't be disappointed with this Moisture conditioner - smells great and works great. I wish we could choose it with the color kit.

While nothing can compare to the deep moisturizer E-salon discontinued about two years ago (WHY??), this product is a good second (now only) best choice. I used it all--I may reorder after confirming it is color-safe.

I had really dry hair. I started using this as part of my hair care routine and now I have great hair. My only issue is that if I use it daily my hair feels weighted down. I switch back and forth between the classic and this and it works out great for me.

I bought this product, along with the moisture mask over the winter as I, like so many others who live in harsher climates, struggled with dry, somewhat brittle hair by mid winter. I cannot say that the products don't work...if anything, they work too well! The amount of moisturizing that this combo set does in beyond what I would have expected, as well as what I would ever need.
While this product exceeds expectations for moisturizing hair, it also proves to be too difficult to rinse out and work with in general for me to want to use it on a routine basis. However, I could see using this set in place of the "moisturizing mask" on either a weekly or semi-weekly basis.
If I were to rate the product strictly on how great it functions, then I would have given this set five stars. However, when I do a rating with comments, I rate based off my personal experience with the product and if I would continue to use it. Overall, I think the moisture set was very functional, but it was too much for me and not something I could see myself reaching for more than a handful of times throughout the year.

I really like the shampoo and conditioner that comes with the color kit. Could you tell me if I ordered the wrong one. The Miosture Shampoo Conditioner works well enough, but my hair didn't seem soft enough. It is probably our weather here in Hawaii, which I know makes a difference with all products. I would really like to order the correct combo.

Das Shampoo duftet fast garnicht und von der Spülung brauche ich gefühlt sehr viel, damit ich sie im ganzen Haar verteilen kann.
Hatte mir aufgrund der kleinen mitgelieferten Shampoo und Spülungen, die beim Färbeset mitgeliefert werden einen deutlich schöneren und intensiveren Duft versprochen und auch eine ergiebigere Spülung. Beim nächsten Mal werde ich das Classic bestellen (so wie im Farbset mitgeliefert)

I purchased this Shampoo as I currently use the Getting Rich Conditioner which I really like. This shampoo doesn't lather and my hair doesn't feel washed after using. I have to wash my hair with this twice in order for it to feel clean. I would not purchase again. All other products I have purchased have been wonderful!!!

I have an automatic plan for my hair color, which is flexible if I need it sooner or later for any reason. I used to purchase shampoo, moisturizer, and other products I needed when I was getting my color order because it was as needed and attached to the order without additional shipping.
Apparently that changed at some point with no notice to customers. So each time I would try to add a product over the last few months I would have to contact customer service and they would send it to me minus the shipping. But in the chat, I learned that this option is now only available if I put products on auto ship. The problem with that is I do not always need shampoo, etc. every time I get hair color. So there’s no flexibility in the auto ship. I may occasionally buy the products in bulk and pay shipping once. Or I may find other products locally that don’t involve the high shipping costs.

I love it. Smells clean and fresh, makes my hair feel so silky when wet. The only negative is that I think my coarse hair needed more moisture/oil because when hair is styled my scalp is dry and a little flaky.

Gorgeous shampoo and conditioner but if you have thin stranded hair, you’ll find yourself having to wash it more often! I think for girls with dryer or thicker hair would love this though, because the shine it gives is stunning

This shampoo and conditioner works well together and pairs up nicely with colored hair. It does appear to keep your color more vibrant. Although, it lacks any fragrance or clean scent smell.

I like the texture of my hair after using this product and it looks healthy and shiny, the only down side is the smell. It hasn’t got a very nice smell when using the product and doesn’t leave much scent in your hair.

I wish the shampoo And conditioner were at least scented. Everytime I wash my hair it smells a little like I just dyed it. Overall, it does help with conditioning.

I have reddish hair which is very hard to match but eSalon has got it absolutely perfect can’t thank you enough - just wish you could cut it as well!!!!

I have naturally curly hair and this shampoo and conditioner does a good job of both protecting my color and my dry hair. The only reason that I did not give it 5 stars is because for me, personally, the scent is a bit off-putting.

Have a lot of minerals in our water that make my hair very dry. Thought I’d try this to soften hair. It’s ok, not a miracle cure, hair still feels dry after conditioning. Also smaller than what I thought. Won’t order again.

Despite the cheap packaging, and the Shampoo smells like cheap plastic the conditioner made my hair smell better and easily detangles my coloured afro hair.

Your marketing/design on the shampoo & conditioner bottles is just ugly & boring plus they match! I cannot tell the moisture shampoo from the moisture conditioner when I’m in the shower.They are the exact same color & so non-distinguishable, I have to write a big ‘S’ and big ‘C’ on the bottles!
