Paired with the Repair Shampoo, this conditioner is fantastic. I will reorder this product. The only problem I have is one that I've had with other conditioners. I try to use sparingly, but I'm almost out of the conditioner and still have shampoo. I get why the shampoo and conditioner are the same size, but I kinda think the thicker conditioners should have more product than the shampoo. When I order I'll only get a conditioner and next time I'll order both.

My hair is naturally oily and a lot of conditioners make it even oilier. This didn't. My hair was shiny, but not greasy looking. After six months of use my hair looks better than it has in years.

Found it a bit odd at first as it didnt seem to foam up, but on the second wash it (i do 2 shampoos) it was great. Gave a lovely lather and really felt like it was cleaning my hair without stripping away the colour. Works great alongside the conditioner

Last year I burnt my hair without realising quite badly when using a curling wand and I couldnt even get a brush through it some days and although some of it has grown out the ends of my hair is still in need of repair because when I brush the knots in the end would pull my hair out. Also I go through periods of mild stress alopecia Im lucky that I have thick hair so its not massively noticable but I notice after using this shampoo ONCE I noticed a massive difference in my hair, then ends are much easier to comb throu and the hair doesnt snap or pull out from the root when there is a knot!
My only criticism is that having thick hair I do need a decent amount of shampoo on it and this bottle literally give a squit every pump as the pump is not very long so I did have to stand there and pump more than I thought necessary but again the shampoo itself outweighs that little moan!
if you want shiny hair that you cant keep your hands of that is strong enough to withstand knots and even noticed after two shampoos my thin spots look a little thicker

I have a very sensitive scalp and a lot of conditioners will give me problems. Not this. It also makes my hair really soft and I love the smell. It’s not strong just a good soft scent.

I did not have to shampoo twice most of the time. I wash and condition every-other-day so sometimes I can really tell the second application feels cleaner, but the second not needed with this product.

Love this. I only needed a little to wash my hair. It left my hair very smooth even before the conditioner. Love it. Though the change in color had me confused in the shower without my glasses... I could not remember the blue bottle was the shampoo. I wish you would print a big S on the shampoo bottle and a big C on the conditioner bottle for those of us who shower without our glasses and can't read the bottles when washing our hair.

I really like the texture of this conditioner, had tried the previous one (not repair), but for my thick curly hair it wasn't effective. This one does the trick without having to use a lot of it.

To be completely honest this is my least favorite type of shampoo & conditioner E Salon offers. I've tried the classic set and the moisture set and they are much better than the repair set. Maybe it's just my hair type, but it does not give enough moisture and dries out my ends terribly. It does not feel like it's coating my hair in the shower and I have to use a lot of product to even be able to comb my fingers through it. I will definitely be purchasing the classic shampoo and conditioner set next time.

Did not feel moisturizing, my fingers didn’t slide through my hair, and my hair actually felt more dry. I threw it out after first use. Classic conditioner is way more moisturizing.

Tried this conditioner with he repair shampoo as a reccomendation from a salon rep. Did not help with repair and the conditioner made my hair more tangled than conditioned. I recently switched to the moisture shampoo and conditioner and am very happy with the change.

I've only used it once so far but it's definitely different. Shampoo has a strange smell...like...80s perfume. It works though...my hair seems fine. Nothing crazy as far as life changing results that you can feel and see. Just a decent shampoo. Maybe after a few more uses it'll blow my mind :)

The conditioner that I got from my own salon at home was a lot better. It made my hair a lot softer. I needed a lot of conditioner from the bottle of conditioner from eSalon just to get that soft feeling. When I got back home, my hairdresser had to give me an intense conditioning treatment. I work away from home 6 months at a time so that's why I thought I'd try eSalon. Big fail for me.

I tried this along with the shampoo. The condioner comes packed lovely and in a nice bottle that is not that easy to pump! The consistency of the condioner looked good and smelt nice it just didn't do it for my hair sadly, as I really had a lot of hope riding on these treatments. So its back to searching for another product.

I've persevered with both this and the shampoo over time but whenever I use it (between my usual products) my hair is a tangled mess, especially the ends, and I can't even get my fingers through it never mind a comb. I also have long strands of hair shedding/loss during application. Reading the great reviews, I'm sure it's marvellous for some people's hair but not mine so have given up and it's in the bin.

Plenty of sudsing with shampoo. Conditioner good, but may alternate sometimes with classic conditioner for a richer conditioned feel after application. Hair is shiny!

I have only used the products twice, but I am happy with the preliminary results. The conditioner is not quite as "smooth" as I am used to, but the end result is acceptable. My hair is more difficult to brush out (has more tangles) when it is wet but after it is styled, it is soft.

As we know any change to your natural color will eventually wash out. This shampoo allows your color to last longer, smells great, and leaves your hair feeling healthy and soft but I would suggest combining it with the conditioner.

J'avais utilisé ce lot de shampoing+baume au début , mais ils ne convenaient pas à mon type de cheveux, donc j'ais changé pour un lot spéciale cheveux fin.

Updated review - E salon responded to my review, they believe this was a bad bottle most likely and made it right by me, great customer service! Hopefully others will not run into the same situation.
My hair did feel nice after using - but the unpleasantness of using them makes it not worth it. The shampoo especially has a rank/stale smell that was just awful. I hate to waste money and products but I don't know if I can use these up or not. Not a good experience to start the day.

Very pleased with the repair shampoo and conditioner duo. It made my hair feel alive, instead of dry and brittle. Seems like hair has a bit of stretch to it instead of just breaking off. I would have given 5 star but I'm really not impressed with the smell of either product. I would have expected a much nicer, lingering after-scent for the price but having hair that looks and feels alive again was the initial intent.

Decidí no pintarme el pelo más y busque este producto para mi cabello porque lo tengo reseco de la mitad del pelo hasta las puntas y necesito restaurarlo para que regrese a su normalidad si ustedes saben más información que me puedan dar los cojere y muchas gracias por sus buenos productos

Ce shampoing + cet après-shampoing m'a vraiment alourdie les cheveux en plus de les graisse assez vite..
Mais peut-être ne conviennent ils pas à ma nature de cheveux. Cela peut arriver. Et c'est la première fois qu'un de vos produits ne me convient pas, en temps normal, vous avez des produits super!!! Donc je n'en tien pas rigueur. Je pense que ce shampoing ne convenait pas à mes cheveux. Tout simplement 😊

Over all don't seem to cleans very well.
Also leaves my hair flat no fullness
But then it makes your hair shinny not really sure if it repairs.i wear my hair up all the time thumbs down on my hair.
