Love itI started having gray hair at a very young age. Therefore I been dying my own hair for over 30yrs with store bought hair dye. At the end of the day, I was not happy with the color. I could never get the correct color no matter what color I bought. I love my hair color and texture since I started coloring my hair with esalon. I have used it 3 times in a row, and each time it gives me consistency, which was what I was lacking previously. I adore this whole website/process/convenientI was a little hesitant about purchasing-just because of nerves & wasn’t sure how it would turn out. I was so nervous to dye my hair b/c it was platinum/gray (very light) & wanted a more natural color. I didn’t know how to achieve this. This product worked great & was tailor made just for me. I love my custom made color!I must admit, I was nervous when I first colored my hair, not really knowing what to expect. I had alot of white in my naturally red hair. I was shocked to see all of the white gone and was afraid I went too dark red. Those feelings didn't last long when I started looking at old pictures of myself. I couldn't believe how close to my natural red the colorist came, and on the first try! I am so happy with the color and my hair could not be softer! A lady coming out of the church across the street just stopped me and told me how gorgeous the color of my hair is and how it shines in the sun.
