i am blown awayI am blown away by the attention to detail in this product. The sticker to hold the directions, the poem on the box, two sets of gloves. AWESOMEIt's the BEST experience that I ever had. The color doesn't have a strong smell and also, it doesn't BURN on your scalp. After coloring, the texture feels AMAZING!!! SO SOFT, and SMOOTH. my personal colourGood morning, I have received and used my new personal colour and all I can say is WOW, it is a gorgeous colour and I am delighted with it, my hair is the colour I absolutely wanted, it feels great, the box that was delivered was so nicely packed, everything I needed to do my hair, perfect. May I also add that although it did take longer than usual to arrive, giving these trying times, I am very happy that you gave me a credit towards my next purchase. Thank you. FabulousI was incredibly nervous to use this product as I have always gone into a salon to have my hair coloured. But, it turned out amazing ! I love it , perfect match colour and shine.
