The worst color everI hate this color. Everyone I know has said how wrong it is and how it's nothing like the color I usually get. I wanted a dark Auburn, I got something almost black. My family says I look awful, and the kindest thing anyone can say is at least it's during the pandemic and so I don't have to see anyone. It's so dark customer service says there's nothing I can do but wait, and maybe color my roots as it grows out. Instead of feeling better about myself I feel awful and self conscious. Shipping to Canada takes too longThe product is great but shipping to Canada is more than a month long. Covid definitely doesn’t help but I had to turn off my plan for this reason only.
