color good but box was missing brushThe box arrived opened at one end and the brush missing. Box needs to be taped in the future. Otherwise, Color was good. Glad to cover those grays!Love the color. The rinsing part when you fill the bottle with water and pour over the hair was very messy. After some tweaksAfter my initial experience, I sent a photo and had a follow-up conversation with a color specialist from eSalon, explaining that the color was too dark and flat. It appeared to be my darkest tone, but covering my whole head. I explained that I wanted it brighter and with more shades of blonde, copper, and auburn. She changed my formula and instructed me to use the lightening kit to add dimension.
