2nd Time AroundThis is my second time using the product. I love the color but it's getting dark. It's time to do the highlights but I like the color. I have the highlight kit but afraid to use it since I don't have anybody to help me put them in. Wish there was a cap I could just put on my head, pull hair through and color that way like they used to do a long time ago. I'm still struggling with gray coverage at my temples. They just don't want to color. they are tinted but not colored. I was also missing a brush in this kit and had to put it on with my hands. I was very happy with my hair color it matched perfectlyHappy with my hair color it matches perfectly to the the rest of my hair , but the gray coverage is not very good at all, I can still see all of my gray hair, the only disappointment 0 di 0 persone pensano che questa recensione sia utile. Lasting colorI really liked the color after I used the product. But I really wish it stayed that color a little longer. Dyed hair April 16 over 3 weeks ago. The color has faded to a white blonde again. Maybe I need to apply better. Used the brush method. May just part & work it all in like I used to with other products. Very happy with this DIY coloring systemThe reason I took away one star is because the gray started showing slightly about 3 or 4 days after I did the color with the esalon kit. Usually it doesn't start showing for a couple of weeks when I go to my regular hair colorist and then by week 3 I do them again. But it may be that the volume of peroxide they sent me wasn't strong enough. I wrote them today to ask about that. Otherwise, I love it. It's easy to do yourself. Great product- color is perfect.This is the second order I have made. The only reason I am giving it a four star instead of five, is that this time I did not receive the applicator brush and it was difficult to apply the color to the roots and then work it up the new growth without the brush. Très bons produits mais ....J’avoue avoir reçu un joli coffret bien emballé et dans les temps mais je n’ai bien sûr pas vu qu’il s’agissait d’un abonnement ! Du coup je vais recevoir une 2eme livraison alors que je n’en ai pas besoin ! J’ai évidemment tout de suite arrêté cet abonnement... d’habitude je fais attention à ce genre de procédé mais là, je n’ai rien vu !
