Easy, Beautiful ColorThe kit was very easy to use and quicker than most drugstore kits. But the most important factor was the color. The color came out very rich and natural. Not Unhappy but Not Happy Customer😕I'm not that type of person/customer that bashes or makes complaints unless I am 110% Unhappy and there's no way of fixing the situation/problem/or product, first of all. Honestly, I'm just not real happy with the results, the color of my hair! I'm not putting blame on anyone, so on another note, your overall products and representation, all the products That I received I thought we're Awesome!! You didn't leave anything out! Everything was in the box that I needed to do my hair, And than some!! It was great to get started and not be gathering all the necessary items needed to color my hair!! Nice, easy to useI really enjoyed the product, I thought it was easy to use. My only complaint is the colors that were available for me to choose ended up being too dark. Great product at firstThree times now... first two times I couldn’t be happier! Great color and easy to do. This third time I just completed two weeks ago, I got very poor gray coverage.
