Can't image my life without it!I'm at a loss for words. After a horrible accident disabled me and I no longer able to drive my salon visits were just a long forgotten dream until eSalon and the help of a friend. My color is too dark and has red in itMy color was too dark. Darker than the pictures I sent in. I need a dark blond. Please send a replacement this coming Wednesday to recolor my hair. Going to keep orderingUPDATE: Very happy with eSalon. The initial results were not great. I followed the instructions, but I suspect the first method of application affected the color. I was upset because now my virgin hair wasn't a clean slate anymore. I thought fixing it would cost me the results I wanted and more money. Not so! ESalon customer service offered credit to try one more time. I recommend the bowl and brush method and using all the dye, even if you have thin fine hair like me. I waited about 5 weeks to do it again. It came out really great. I'm addicted to my hair color and intend to keep dying it through eSalon. 1 di 1 persone pensano che questa recensione sia utile. Permanent colourUsed the permanent colour this time and unlike the demi permanent colour there is an odour. Having long hair I do find it hard to follow the recommended steps to colour so I just do it my own way. On Wasing out my hair felt like it was covered in tar and I was quite worried but once I added the shampoo and conditioner provided everything was ok.
