I got it totally broken,,, very unsatisfied,When I received my order , after opening my package it’s totally broken and it’s fall around everywhere inside. Worth a tryThis color is decent hair color, it does the job however I do wish the customization was more customized towards each individual customers wants & needs instead of using the same formulas. I do like that you receive your gloves, brush and everything you need to color your hair one thing I would maybe suggest is making the conditioner a little larger so you can follow up to condition again the color is a tiny bit drying. Zuviel aschDie Farbe war nicht so zufriedenstellend. Sie kam sehr grünstichig und grau raus. Wahrscheinlich Zuviel asch . Ich werde es die nächsten 4 Wochen beobachten. Service décevantCommande faite mardi 29/07 avec le service payant "prioritaire" pour recevoir le produit avant le week-end. Worst hair color I ever hadI ordered blue black, it was written blu black, but actually it is dark brown. I requested specifically that I don't want the color to bleed with every wash and this color bleeds woth every wash. Moreover, this made my hair so hard and rough.
