Definitely not ash blondeTurned my roots a coppery orange. I had indicated in my order that my hair pulled red. That was either missed or not taken into consideration when compounding my formula. I did report this and customer service issued a credit for another kit. Nein dankeMan bekommt nachts um ca 3.00 Uhr eine Email mit der Bestellbestätigung des NachfolgeAbos... und sie Möglichkeit die Bestellung telefonisch zu stornieren. Am Telefon sagt der Mitarbeiter am selben Tag, dass die Sendung schon verschickt wurde, man das Porto für die Rücksendung aber selbst tragen muss. Ich denke, dass man dann vielleicht ein Zeitfenster vorgeben sollte. Ich werde dort nicht mehr bestellen.
