My shipment was completely destroyedCame home to my package today and it had been crushed and leaked soaking through the box. I’m going to have to consider buying products locally. It’s not covering my grays wellThis product was amazing at first but that couple of orders I’ve been applying it intensively to my grays and it’s not covering well. My hair turns into this brassy ugly brownish shade after two weeks. And yes, I use the protective shampoo regularly, stopped using any other products. Looked great at firstEasy to use set with the perfect amounts and was really pleased with the initial colour. Unfortunately it faded from darkest brown to an orangey colour and now I’m finding it hard to cancel. Ita a great idea but I don’t recommend 2 di 2 persone pensano che questa recensione sia utile. Worse hair color EVERI’m a natural blonde. I was sent an email that they were adjusting my hair color. I did exactly what I’ve done numerous times. I got out of the shower. My hair is almost black/brown/gray. WTH. I called them very upset. I can’t leave my home. I’m so pale my hair is way too dark. Someone definitely didn’t know what they were doing by adjusted my color from a blonde 7 to 10. I have court Tuesday. This better get straightened out. Don’t EVER adjust my color ever again. SHIPPING TAKING AT LEAST A WEEK!!!!!I began my journey with this company during Covid. The past year (more/less) has been taking at least a week to ship out my order. I sometimes call and order a couple boxes because you are unable to order more than only 1 box online. I love my color but the shipping is super frustrating!!! Used to be goodThis product used to be good. The quality got worse. The actual color that they sent me changed without me making any adjustments to my order.
