No es el color deseadoEl color es lindo, el tinte de buena calidad, pero no es el color que deseaba; estaba tan emocionada con la llegada del producto que leí las instrucciones cuidadosamente y lo apliqué con la mala experiencia de tener un tono demasiado oscuro. Ansatzfarbe entspricht nicht dem WunschDie Ansatzfarbe ist Braunschwarz, der Rest ist Blauschwarz. Sieht dementsprechend grauenhaft aus der Ansatz schillert braun und der Rest blau 0 di 0 persone pensano che questa recensione sia utile. Sei d'accordo? |

wieder nicht der richtiger Farbe....zuuuu dunkleWenn ich über die qüalität reden muss ich kann sagen das wirklich gut ist....aber ich habe immer das gleiche probleme. Die Farbe!....wieder zu dunkle!!! es ist mich echt schwierig gewesen um von Schwarz zum Blond zu gehen, lange zeit investiert und jetz war in Salon wo haben mir eine schöne blond-rote farbe geschaft. Ich wollte weiter mit euch die ansetze machen....aber jetz ist brown!, ein wenig rotlich aber brown. 3 tone dunkle als zu vor. No where near enough productI put in the directions as requested, and I got only enough to cover half my hair so disappointed! The custom colour is extremely dark much much darker than seen in pictures and I sent pictures of my hair off before as a start point! Didn’t lastMy reason for leaving such a low review is because after using the color on my gray roots, then I also dyed my entire head after two weeks of Use the color has already started to fade. That is a huge disappointment to me since this is supposed to be Highly recommended for gray hair I did everything exactly as it was instructed to a T. Made me go darker when I wanted to go lighterI bought the dark blonde hoping to going a bit lighter considering I'm a light brown and its made my hair go darker. Beware!I asked for a demi color and got a demi-permanent color without notification. This left me with a variety of color throughout my hair, lines at the roots a different color than the rest of my hair. And because they switched from the demi i requested IT WON'T COME OUT. I JUST SPENT 3 HOURS AT A SALON WITH THEM TRYING TO FIX MY CLOWN LIKE LOOK AND THEY WEREN'T TOTALLY SUCCESSFUL BECAUSE OF THE PERMANENT COLOR THAT WAS PUT INTO THE MIX. $155.00 LATER it is only partially resolved.
