DéçuJe trouve ma couleur trop noir , j'ai hésité à la faire, et je l'ai faite aujourd'hui 11/11 ,est arrivé ce que je pensais je suis noir, je voulais un beau marron mais je trouve pas de marron!! Disappointed in resultsThe mixture seemed thicker than usual and seemed to leave an unnatural texture to my hair. My hair did not have a nice shine to it. Seemed somewhat dull. I'm not sure if you have changed your formula but I wasn't satisfied with the results. Bad customer serviceThis is the 5th time I’ve had to adjust my color for no gray coverage and brassy roots. They say that you don’t pay for it if it’s wrong, but I’ve paid for every single one. This is terrible!I received it n was so excited to receive it. I applied the color n waiting … rinsed it all out washed n conditioned it. Waited for it to dry a bit. The color took to my roots but not length of my hair! Geez I look ridiculous! Wish I never tried it! Now I have to figure out how to cancel this!
