Color turned out too light - disappointed in final resultI'm pretty disappointed that my color turned out much lighter than i had hoped it would. I was unsure about the instructions but followed them to a "T" only coloring my roots and not blending fully into the rest of my hair. There is a line on my head where the new, lighter color on my roots begins and my regular color continues. I'm not sure if i'll be purchasing again. Mehr erwartet.....Grauhaarabdeckung nicht optimal. Genau nach Beschreibung gearbeitet. Brennt auf der Kopfhaut und riecht sehr scharf. Endresultat nicht besser als aus dem Drogeriemarkt. I know Red is hard to keep!I wasn't satisfied at all with the color turn out of my hair. It had blotches of different colors all over and not becoming. Does not cover grays all the way!I was sent an order stating that it was dark brown, with beige tones did not cover all my grays. I was left with my grays being lighter than my dark hair. I was then shipped a replacement stating that it was changed, and yet again, it did not cover my grays all the way. 1 ère commandeBonjour, Je ne suis pas satisfaite, la couleur s'est délavée dès le premier shampoing pourtant il n'y avait rien de particulier dessus. J'ai suivi les instructions à la lettre.
