Fantastic packagingmy colour arrived in a neat personalised box, it appeared to be professionally packaged. How ever the colour didn't take to my hair at all, i followed the step by step instructions. Grey hair coverageThis formula did not cover any of my gray hair at all the first time so I'm not going to attempt to try to do it again not to mention one bottle is not going to be enough because I will need to do an all over color again. So I want to know if I can return this order & get my money back. Too much red this timeDon't love the color this time, my hair is reddish orange. Not the same color as last time. The colorant for my ends was empty and the developer wasn't sealed shut. If you feel you have been losing significantly more than this, you may have had an allergic reaction.
