Doesn't work for my natural hairI ordered a product with shampoo at a discount. None of this stuff works for my type of hair. I wrote to customer service, but still, nobody replied. Color options not for Red HeadsHad gone over with the colorist helper what color I desired and sent in a picture, but the color I received was too light so they recommended a different type of red and sent for the second time but it was way off. Two completely different colorsI asked that my color be lightened JUST A LITTLE from last month since it was too auburn and I want more of a strawberry blonde. I got two colors (which is nice) to do roots, then middles and ends, but the middle and ends color ended up being like a Ronald McDonald red/orange and completely different from the roots and rest of my hair.
