Hair is the same colourI gave 2 stars because the kit is brilliant, much better than box dye. However, the first kit I received made my hair far too dark, the complete opposite of what I wanted. This kit they adjusted the colour for me and I've just done it...my hair is the exact same colour. HorribleBad color, it dyed my roots orange, and the rest of my hair a muddy brown. I actually used a highlighting kit to make my hair somewhat better. Never again! Didn't make any noticeable differenceI have medium blonde hair and I was looking to go ginger (strawberry blonde). I was excited to try my custom blend and I had high hopes but unfortunately it didn't make any noticeable difference in my hair. HelpThis has made my hair a lot darker than my usual color. What do I do now? I am not very happy at all. You can only see the red in certain light. Been almost a week and I have not received an email. I washed my hair hoping perhaps that it would lighten it. It did not. My hair is still almost brown. My hair didn’t look any differentAfter reading the instructions and then applying the color, when I got finished all the color was down the drain. Issue with this hair colorThis is my third auto ship and had issue with this particular color not covering my grays. I never had this issue before. Instructions followed not sure what the issue is.
