Most recent color turning pinkAagghh!!! My color is going from a dark red to pink, not at all what I wanted or expected. I requested a change in my color to more closely get my color to ginger biscuit red which should be more of a copper, less dark red, and will hopefully prevent this turning pink issue. I find it disturbing, especially since it has only been in my hair for less than 3 weeks. Deception de la couleurJ ai été enchantée par votre idee de travailler les racines 25min puis les longueurs 10min Cependant cela n a pas fonctionné Je ne m attendais pas à miracle mais à un éclaircissement net Je pense qu il aurait été plus judicieux de commencer par les longueurs 25min et les racines après ça les racines prennent vite et sont plus clairs à la base Donc ce sont les longueurs qui nécessitent un plus long temps de pause logiquement Merci de faire le nécessaire et de m aider svp Je vous en prie Cordialement Madame Touati Jade 0 di 0 persone pensano che questa recensione sia utile. MisleadingI tried this colour out and it didn’t seem to cover at all. I have tried contacting them and all I seem to be told is the department I need to speak too is unavailable and someone will get back to me by email.
