Refund policy and productThe product color is nice but it takes only 1 week to stay in my hair. I returned the last shipment on Jan 9th and up to now a month after I haven’t got my refund on my account. UnhappyHad some real issues with Color/Shade on my first order, but the real issue is I have contacted them 3 times with no response so I guess I cancelled my membership .
