Expected a decent product: e-salon exceeded expectationsNot only was the product easy to use, it colored the grey without using ammonia and left my hair soft and shiny. Kudos for providing packaging that really has customer ease of use in mind,from gloves to a sticker that fastens instructions to mirror. Color was true to requested color. Well Done. Wonderful ProductThis is so easy and convenient. I get just the color I want- customized to get the right tone for me, vibrant but natural-looking, all sent to me when I want it. Plus, my hair looks really healthy and shiny - it’s such a great product. The customer service is very responsive and helpful. Really good color!This stuff really lasts so much better than other home brands. I have a tough color to perfect and the consultants have really listened and helped me get great color. Best hair colour ever!My hair had become dry and my hair colour was fading dramatically two weeks after dying due to environmental causes and the menopause. I had tried so many different brands off the shelf to no avail. I saw eSalon online and although it is more expensive than off the shelf hair dyes I was desperate and decided to give it a go. This hair colour is brilliant. It doesn’t fade, my hair is in much better condition and the colour, mixed to my specifications is perfect. First Attempt is Good!Happy with my color! Exactly what I wanted. Hair feels great after styling, not dry or coarse. I will be using this again in 8 weeks. I do feel the packaging is excessive.
