So disappointedAfter using this product my hair turns brown! I tried using other brand black dye to cover the brown patches but It doesn’t work!.. CatastropheCouleur à l'arrivée : ORANGE ! Couleur d'origine blond foncé avec des mèches blonds clairs, j'ai appliquée le coloration proposée en suivant strictement le protocole mais résultat totalement différent de celui prévu. Bad colorI finally used my color a few days ago and it damaged my hair. Still not covering the grayThe color was changed a bit & that was good, BUT it still is not covering the gray after several shampoos, the gray is back. Not satisfiedThe gray hair is not fully covered even if i indicated that i needed 100% coverage. Even after using conditioner the hair looks a bit dry. Im not happy with the auto-charge and auto ship. I still have 2 sets in stock here and another 1 in transit that i can’t even cancel anymore.
