Very damaging!I gave eSalon a chance with 3 separate orders. The color does not cover gray, comes out patchy, and severely damaged my hair. Didn't cover roots wellHave used same color before with better results - didn't cover my roots very well. Even tried again after shampooing with leftover color and just didn't take. Will be rethinking buying this again.....was using to freshen roots between salon colors and it would get me a few weeks, but not this time, so ended up going back to salon the following week. Got the wrong color!!You sent me the wrong color. Completely messed up my last order order and sent me a dark brown instead of copper golden.
