Didn't matchWent to cancel and got the impression they were going to send a replacement. Looks like they just updated my profile so the next color comes darker. Lieferung ohne Bestellung / Produkt ätzt in Augen und NaseHabe ein Set bestellt, um Produkt und Farbe zu probieren - das Ergebnis ist ganz ok, der Geruch während der Behandlung war allerdings sehr ätzend, so dass ich es auf keinen Fall wiederholen wollte. War daher sehr überrascht, heute wieder ein Set für den fast dreifachen Preis geliefert zu bekommen, ohne dass ich es bestellt hatte. Das „Abo“, das ich nicht bestellt habe, konnte ich zwar heute unproblematisch wieder beenden, die zweite Lieferung für knapp 30 EUR kann ich aber nicht wieder zurückschicken. Didn’t cover my roots.This is the second time when I received my order. First time it was perfect. Covered my roots properly. Loved the color. Everything was perfect. But this time it’s totally a different story. When I applied color as per instructions into my roots and leave it little longer then recommended time because my hair takes longer to catch the color. It didn’t work for me at all. As soon as I washed my hair most of the color had gone. Roots were so light in color then my whole head. Seems like I didn’t dye my hair at all. It was our big celebrations and my hair dyed in two tones. I couldn’t get another color on time from other store because of lockdown. I’m extremely upset about wasting my time and money. HaarfarbeEs war nicht für mich geeignet. Mein schwarzes und dickes Haar wurde nicht gefärbt.
