DONTWent through the process etc. Sent pics. Even stated do NOT want any red tones what so ever. MY HAIR CAME OUT RED. Has been a nightmare and I look awful. Waiting for them to send me out somethign to "fix" my hair. Its already darker than I wanted but they are sending me something that is slightly darker to cancel the red. HUGE NIGHTMARE. Turned my hair BLACKI followed the instructions meticulously and the end results was black hair. OMG, I was very disappointed. I was traveling out the town the next day to see family and had to figure something out. Had to go on line to find a remedy to lighen my hair. Leider viel zu rotDas Positive zuerst: sehr professionell, gute Anleitung, gutes Equipment. Ich hatte den Farbton Dunkelblond - Honig/Mahaghoni. Leider ist die Farbe für mich ein reiner Rotton. Ich dachte bei Honig Mahaghoni an ein Dunkelblond mit einem leichten rötlichen Schimmer. Mit Dunkelblond hat das aber leider nicht viel zu tun. Jetzt laufe ich mit roten Haaren rum.
