Lack of customs infoI have just received aN invoice for a customs fee higher than the product, which I didn’t expect since I have chosen the EU webpage and are billed in euros. DisappointedI used my color for the first time 3 days ago. Below are the positives and negatives I encountered. Positives... Love the final color Covered the roots well Blended well Easy to use Negatives... DID NOT cover the white hairs at the temple 2 of 4 of the gloves were torn and unusable. The scent of the shampoo and conditioner left an unpleasant chemical smell on my hair. If you have any advice to improve the white hair coverage, I would appreciate it. Hair ColorVery disappointed. Two weeks after application, and yes I follow the directions down to the letter, and my gray is showing badly. Its as if I didn't even color it 2 weeks ago.
