Didn't want redMy bad. I should have done a test strip first. I ordered light blonde. Got carrot top instead. Asked what I should do to fix it and was told they'd discuss it on my next order. free color was red dyeI love the two colors that was send but a free red dye was also send that I did not know it was red. I ended up with red/white roots. I wish you would had warned me. Colour is wrongI wanted a natural brown hair colour but they colour they sent me was terrible and turned me into a redhead! The customer service was good and they sent out another set free of charge with neutraliser in. Although improving the colour a bit, it is still red and so far from what I asked for. I wish I had just gone to a hairdressers. Didn't cover grayI followed directions, left color on as long as possible and it didn't cover the gray hair. I only have a few spots not much gray at all so I was a little disappointed.
