Still Brassy, red and too darkI have ordered dark blonde 3 times, Each time I requested color adjustments. No Luck! The color has been too dark and too brassy. I have given up on trying to get this color right. I am looking forward to going back to my stylist to get the color I want. DESCONFORME TOTALMENTEQuiero que sepan que me disgustó mucho el resultado del producto.. apenas me cambio un poquito el dolor en las raíces pero ni siquiera quedo una tonalidad en mi cabello. NO ME QUEDO NADA!! NADA DE COLOR!!!! No entiendo que paso! Hice todo paso a paso según las indicaciones que trae la caja y no me cambio en nada el color. Espero su respuesta a mi queja!
