Not happyI have asked that my color be changed, I’ve sent photos of my hair the color I want and you keep sending me a darker color. My hair color is red NOT burgundy and MORE brownish color at that. Problens with MixturesColor was great. Had an awful time with air in the bottles of the two color mixtures. The cream solutions both had air bubbles in them. This caused mixing issues. Had to keep burping the application bottle to mix the solutions and to apply. Cause a major mess in my bathroom. Never had this happen before. 0 di 0 persone pensano che questa recensione sia utile. Dark brown or black?I usually if not ALWAYS have an AMAZING experience and I will continue to recommend people to Esalon.... BUT I did ask to go back to dark brown. I know this, my hair is black. It is not dark brown. Like it look almost jet black! I have to leave it in because my next alternative is to go get it professionally stripped out. My hair would be so fried if I did that. So I'll leave it but I'm so disappointed! If I wanted black hair I would have asked for black.
