It all works well until you have a problemI really loved the haircolour and the presentation. The colour lasted quite a while. But then I had a problem with my PayPal and I needed to change email address for my orders. Somehow it was a huge problem. My order was cancelled which I didnt ask to. I was asked to place another order and when I tried, all my items were full price. Nobody willing to help via email and asking me to call international phone number. Listen to the needs of your clients.My review is based on the fact I reintereated several times that dark color is not flattering on me. Also that I needed a medium dark color to cover grays but not too dark and to add some red and gold tones. The color I received was dark brown exactly what I asked it not to be. Estoy insatisfechaEstoy insatisfecha ya que me he hecho cliente vuestra y ahora me cobráis 20€ Por el tinte más 5,95€ de envío . La primera vez que compre me costaba el tinte 16€ y ahora que me he hecho cliente me habéis subido el precio. El color me gustó mucho la verdad, pero con esta subida de precio estoy planteando me dejar de ser cliente de esalon . Atentamente . The color was a disasterThe color I received was too dark for my complexion. It was a dark brown. I sent a selfie of the results and a picture of the color red I was seeking. (reddish orange). The response I got back was to go to a store and buy a color remover. The next month I received the EXACT SAME COLOR! Roots and endsDisappointed as my roots turned out to be a completely different colour from the ends with a distinctive line.
