Average Provider at BestQuarantine times call for home hair color. I am usually a salon goer and trust the professionals who have honed their craft but have had to turn to home color during quarantine. I saw esalon on Instagram and decided to try it out. The product was fine but faded fast. I wish the turnaround time for shipping was as fast as the color fade! During normal shipping conditions, be prepared to wait a LONG time (1.5-2 weeks) for a reorder of the exact same product I had ordered originally. Still have roots but now a different colour!Not the colour I expected.It hasn’t blended with my hair at all and still have roots but in a different colour!This is exactly the reason I avoided a store bought colour and for the price paid I expected a better result. Change hair colorI wanted o play on my grays so I picked the purple pearl which was a beautiful gray with a hint of lilac and you gave me mostly dark brown, red and purple mix. I don’t see how I can contact my colorist so I’m writing it here. Send an email with no response to the issue. Tell me how I can contact you. Farbe passt überhaupt nichtIch habe zur genaueren Farbberstimmung ein aktuelles Bild hochgeladen. Mein Grauanteil ist 100% am Ansatz. So habe ich ausgewählt. Jetzt habe ich die Farbe nach eurer Anweisung aufgetragen und es sieht schrecklich aus. Ich werde weiterhin meinem Frisör vertrauen 0 di 0 persone pensano che questa recensione sia utile. Farbresultat sehr gut, aber.....Als ich meine neue Farbe gemischt hatte, habe ich tatsächlich überlegt, ob ich mir das auf meine Haare tue: Der Ammoniak- Gestank war so heftig, dass mir die Augen und die Nasenschleimhäute brannten. Mit dem Farbresultat bin ich sehr zufrieden und Gottseidank hat diese stinkende Lösung mein Haar nicht angegriffen. Ich werde allerdings demnächst meine Haarfarbe wieder wie gewohnt zu einem günstigeren Preis und mit angenehmem Geruch in der Drogerie kaufen. 0 di 0 persone pensano che questa recensione sia utile. Product not receivedI cannot give a good rating because I have not received my order yet. On May 29th, Sprintstar sent me an email indicating that I refused my order. This is so false. I was home all day and no one had never been here. I called the delivery company and had left a message with the receptionist to have some one call me. She took my phone number and told me that some one will call me back. As of today, I have not received any calls. Please review this situation and let me know how to proceed.
