Caused me scalp irritation and flakesThis product is not for me. I like the color and how it looks on hair, but my scalp is in really bad condition for weeks after coloring. Not what I hoped for.This color was not what I requested and nothing close to the color I Uploaded. I gave it a second try and I still was not happy with the outcome. Hair DamageThis product was not satisfactory to me. It really did some serious damage to my hair. I will not be using it again. I did not realize that i was on a plan...so they sent me another shipment. I am cancelling this shipment going forward. Loved the root color, but the end color was too orangeI did a strand test of both colors just to be sure, and found that the end color was simply too dramatic for my taste. Terrible service, do not recommendI received my first order from ESalon-did not cover gray and what did cover turned brown hair blond! Esalon said I should throw entire contents out and would send me a new order. New order received-did NOT cover the gray and little that did turned red--back to zero. Told to throw it all out and they would gladly send new order with directions to keep dye on longer. New order arrived with NO brush! When I called to inquire, they said they don't supply brushes!
