Orange RootsMy so called custom color turned my roots orange. They will not refund my money. Suppose to send me another color to cover it up it has not been shipped out yet. It has been a week already. So much goes for their guarantee, I'm going to file a BBB complaint. Better off researching and buying your color at the store. GraysHoping next time it'll cover the grays better. I will have to leave on much longer than the 30 minutes. Not too long though. Not the color I wantedIt's much darker brown than I expected. I was pretty sure I explained the color I wanted, I think I even sent a picture. But my real hair is much redder.
