Not as asked forPlease look at the email trail communication. I specifically asked to avoid the orange tone and was worried about that. Farbergebnis anders, als bestelltQualität, Verpackung und Versand waren gut. Leider das Farbergebnis nicht (Mittelblond bestellt/Rotblondes Ergebnis). Habe dafür aber anstandslos eine Gutschrift erhalten und werde noch einen Versuch wagen. Die Farbmischung an sich stinkt ziemlich stark nach Ammoniak, die Haare fühlten sich nach dem Färben aber gut an und sind auch nicht kaputt. Ein wenig schwierig gestaltet sich der telefonische Kontakt - sehr schlechte Leitung (vielleicht Feuerland?), allerdings recht freundliche, wenn auch schwer verständliche Mitarbeiterinnen. 0 di 0 persone pensano che questa recensione sia utile.
